DEVELOPMENT
New multi-million dollar subdivision begins
W
inter earthworks are rumbling along on the new multi-million dollar subdivision next to the Whitford Park Golf Club. The new development, to be known as Whitford Manor Estate, has seen almost half the 56 sites sold, ranging from $685,000 to $965,000. It will feature mixed model housing featuring terraced houses, stand alone sections and luxury apartments. The developer says the look and feel has been designed to reflect the historic and rural nature of the location. Full story next week.
Seen here from Trig Road, the Whitford Manor Estate development, currently accessed off Saleyard Rd, will have its formal entry on Whitford Park Road once complete. Times photo Nick Krause
