Vendor The Property of Mrs L Williamson 48 SIXTIES QUEEN, BAY MARE, 6 YEARS, 16HH APPROX VAT Sire: Sixties Icon Dam: Lily of Tagula by Tagula Registered: Weatherbys Queenie is a very pretty mare who moves beautifully and is a great ride. Snaffle mouthed she is good to clip, box, shoe etc. Would make a great all-rounder. Has been seen to windsuck and weave. To be sold with a non-racing agreement.

She is very bold attractive mare who has won several rosettes in Working Hunter and would definitely excel at eventing. Can be mareish and sometimes difficult to load.

Careful over a fence and quick against the clock. Good to hack out in traffic alone, in company and in all ways. Nicely schooled and has previously done some dressage.

Loves show jumping and cross country and is a little jumping machine. Placed 2nd at Alps hunter trials just a few weeks ago. Can be forward going.

She has also hacked out alone and in company. Turned away all winter due to rider away at university, and now needs bringing back into work for this summer’s activities. Snaffle mouth. Good to catch, box, clip and trim. For sale as no rider.

The Property of Miss S Morris CALYEAN SHIRAZ, BAY MARE, 16 YEARS, 12HH APPROX. Sire: Windwillow Bramley Dam: by Polmesk Fliss Registered; WPCS A lovely Welsh Part-Bred mare. She is a “been there, done that, and got the T Shirt” pony. A fun, forward, but safe pony she has done everything from lead rein, show jumping, Pony Club, hunting etc and has been ridden by all ages and abilities. Lovely natured and good in all ways. She does prefer to live in open plan stables/barn, as she can get a bit “stressy” in block stables, or happily lives out.

Sire: Heniarth Yarra Glen by Nerwyn Cadno Dam: Bengad Water Cowslip by Bengad Dogberry out of Bengad Whimberry Registered: WPCS A sweet little gelding who was broken in and ridden away before Christmas, and was then left for a few months due to work commitments. He has been back in light work for the past month or so, proving to have remembered everything. He has only been ridden by my 5 year old daughter on the lead rein, and has been good in all the farm and lane traffic he has seen with us. With a bit more time he will be a lovely all-round pony.

Excellent with children and will stand well for grooming etc. Good to catch, load, handle and used to all heavy farm traffic. Sadly for sale as children have lost interest.

The Property of Miss J Holland BULLSEYE, SKEWBALD GELDING, 8 YEARS, 10.2HH APPROX A cracking sort of child’s riding pony. He has been in work, ridden and handled by children last summer, however he has been left this year as child has lost interest.

The June Leominster Horse, Pony & Saddlery Sale will include a large number of approximately 50 second hand Equimat rubber stable mats. Each green interlocking mat measures approximately 6’ x 4’ (1.83m x 1.22m). These mats are of top quality, in excellent condition and would normally retail in excess of £60.00 each. They will be sold WITHOUT RESERVE in convenient bundles of 6, which are ideal for a 12’ square stable and can easily be cut to fit smaller or awkward areas. They are available to inspect prior to sale, at Brightwells offices at Easters Court.

They will be sold at the beginning of the Tack & Saddlery Sale on Friday 3rd June at 11.00am.
