Universal Waterproofing System Petrokem FlexSeal® WP is a high quality two component, flexible, cementitious mortar for waterproofing and protection of various construction applications. It is recommended to waterproof concrete/cement plastered surfaces or concrete/cement plastered water retaining structures such as exposed concrete slabs, balconies, flower troughs, terraces, floor/shower in bathrooms, earth retaining structures, swimming pools, ponds, water tanks, and many more surfaces that needs waterproofing and protection. The product consists of a mortar based pre mixed powder component and a liquid polymer component. The two components should be mixed to obtain a brushable, smooth cementitious slurry which has excellent adherence to most substrates including cement plaster, concrete structures, wood, steel, plasterboard, plywood and many more surfaces. PETROKEM 2K LIQUID PLASTC® - BLACK Petrokem 2K Liquid Plastic® - Black is a two component, tough, long lasting waterproofing system specially developed for floors, walls, flower troughs, earth filled roof gardens, bathrooms and for many more areas. The product is also designed and recommended to use against rising dampness in floors. It therefore has many waterproofing applications in households, civil engineering sites and industries. Petrokem 2K Liquid Plastic® is a heavy duty waterproofing system and when properly applied, it will provide a mechanically tough, durable, abrasive resistant coating which will be resistant to a range of chemicals, oils, acids and alkalis. The system will also have an excellent adhesion to most surfaces including concrete, cement plaster, wood, terrazzo, plywood and therefore could be used to waterproof wide variety of surfaces including plywood, cement plaster, concrete and wood. This waterproofing system is not recommended for outdoor applications when the area is directly exposed to sunlight and high thermal movements. Not recommended for drinking water tanks. PETROKEM PLASTIC ASPHALT Petrokem Plastic Asphalt is a multi-purpose trowel grade heavily filled bituminous compound specially manufactured for expansion joints in concrete construction work. The product can also be used for water proofing, stopping, bonding and sealing purposes. Petrokem Plastic Asphalt can be used over concrete, cement plaster, asphalt, roofing felt, corrugated iron, cast iron, asbestos cement, slate, metal, wood and over similar surfaces. Underwater Tile Adhesive & Repair Compound For Submerged Conditions Petrokem Water Guard UWA20® is a high quality two component epoxy system specially developed to be used in both dry and wet conditions. The Product can be used as an underwater repair compound or as an underwater adhesive to bond metal, wood, ceramic or other material. It is specially designed for fixing of tiles and also to carryout repair work in underwater conditions. The advantage of the product is the ability to carry out the repair work in submerged conditions without draining the existing water. The product can be used as a two component liquid application or three component mortar application. Petrokem Water Guard UWA20® can be mixed with the required quantity of Filler D® (or suitably graded sand) to obtain the required viscosity. If the application is underwater, an adequate amount of filler quantity should be added to obtain a thick viscous paste to avoid bleeding (ie. any binder floating in water) Petrokem Water Guard UWA20® is recommended to fix ceramic wall or floor tiles, mosaic tiles, granite, marble, terrazzo or natural stone tiles. PETROKEM POLYESTER TILE ADHESIVE® Petrokem Polyester Tile Adhesive® is a two component, average bond strength unsaturated polyester resin based adhesive specially developed for instant bonding of wide verity of materials including metal, wood, glass, ceramic, cement, concrete, earthen-ware, granite, fiberglass and hard plastics to themselves and to other rigid surfaces. The product is normally used as an instant bonding material to support the more strong adhesive (such as FixRite® HDS epoxy adhesive) which normally dries in 5-10 hrs (Petrokem Polyester Tile Adhesive will bond the tile to the substrate instantly and hold the tile on to the substrate until the epoxy adhesive gains its full bond strength) Therefore petrokem polyester tile adhesive is normally used together with more strong petrokem FixRite® HDS Epoxy Adhesive. PETROKEM CLEAR SEALER W/B® Petrokem Clear Sealer W/B® is a high quality two component, non toxic, epoxy sealer specially developed to meet the increasing demand for high quality floor sealer/hardener. The product is designed to be applied on concrete and cement floors and once applied will protect the floor and will act as a high quality floor hardener and prevents floor from dusting and minimize wearing. It is recommended as a sealer/hardener and provide a clear coating for the protection and maintenance of concrete, cement and many other surfaces. The product is also recommended as a decorative protective coating over emulsion painted surfaces. The product once fully cured is resistant to most chemicals and will act as a tough, transparent, glass like protective coating over the painted surface. PETROKEM MULTIPURPOSE DETERGENT Petrokem Multipurpose Detergent is a thick, viscous, multipurpose detergent for general cleaning purposes. Recommended as a water soluble, high performance, concentrated detergent to be used in hospitals, kitchens, bathrooms, car washing plants and for many more washing purposes. It is recommended to be used in high dilution ratios when necessary. The product is a blend of sodium alkyl benzene sulphonate, Nonylphenol Ethoxylate, mono ethelene amine and EDTA. Petrokem HD® Epoxy Flooring System consists of an epoxy resin, epoxy hardener and appropriate quantity of graded filler (normally sand). The system when properly laid will provide a heavy duty, mechanically tough, durable, nonslip and abrasive resistant topping. PETROKEM WATERGUARD UWA20®
Underwater Tile Adhesive & Repair Compound For Submerged Conditions Petrokem WaterGuard UWA20® is a high quality two component epoxy system specially developed to be used in both dry and wet conditions. The Product can be used as an underwater repair compound or as an underwater adhesive to bond metal, wood, ceramic or other material. It is specially designed for fixing of tiles and also to carryout repair work in underwater conditions. The advantage of the product is the ability to carry out the repair work in submerged conditions without draining the existing water. The product can be used as a two component liquid application or three component mortar application. Petrokem Water Guard UWA20® can be mixed with the required quantity of Filler D® (or suitably graded sand) to obtain the required viscosity. If the application is underwater, an adequate amount of filler quantity should be added to obtain a thick viscous paste to avoid bleeding (ie. any binder floating in water) Petrokem Water Guard UWA20® is recommended to fix ceramic wall or floor tiles, mosaic tiles, granite, marble, terrazzo or natural stone tiles. The dried product is a chemical resistant, water proof mortar suitable for interior and exterior applications and recommended to be used in repairs of swimming pools, shower areas, ponds and other water retaining structures. Recommended to use over all metal surfaces (steel, aluminium, zinc, copper etc.) as a high quality anticorrosive protective primer. The product can also be used as a high quality protective primer for hard plastic, wood, Fibreglass or over most other similar surfaces. 3Dot® 2K Auto primer is resistant to salty sea spray and therefore recommended to use in coastal areas.
