In 1937, the Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth and civic leaders in Tyler, Texas joined together to establish Mother Frances Hospital, and began serving the medical needs of the citizens of our area. With great foresight and in support of the hospital’s healing mission, “to enhance community health through service with compassion, excellence and efficiency,” this joint venture has had a monumental impact on the health of East Texans. Through that same founding spirit of excellence and service, and the generous investment of donors like you each year, your community hospital has grown to now serve more than 1 million people in our expanded region. A committee composed of Founders Society members will determine the allocation of funds each year. The Founders Society was created to: •• Strengthen
and enhance the ties between our donors, the causes they most care about and our health care institution •• Express our heartfelt thanks to our donors for their leadership support, and to demonstrate the importance of ongoing philanthropy to the future of health care •• Publicly recognize leadership donors in unique ways and, in turn, encourage others to follow in their footsteps •• Assist members and their families with health information, referrals and access to services as the need arises •• Provide special System Updates and current Hospital activities to our donors

Mission: The CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances Foundation Giving Society, the “Founders Society,” is an exclusive group of valued members of the community who provide annual financial support and promote the mission of CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances Health System.
Membership:
Membership in the Founders Society is based on an annual designated contribution per calendar year.
