The film has so many different layers. You can just peel it away like an onion. What I loved about the film was how they use lighting to tell the story.
Seeing Black love on film!
Beautiful Black skin. You don't really get to see that type of story being told.
I thought of the pattern across history, of Black women travelling to, or being invited to white nations, to leave their children to come and look after the children of the white folk.
It shows the reality of spiritualism and our experiences.
