Eclipse posts

For the Eclipse profiled panel system, CLD have developed a unique style of individually clipping the panels to the posts, using a preformed clip which clamps the panel securely to the posts by fitting across the front and then down the side to prevent wires being prized out.

The clip is then fixed into place using a tamper resistant bolt which screws into an insert in the face of the post. These clips are strategically spaced apart depending on the height of the panel to maximise security and to allow stepping of panels for the accommodation of sloping ground.

Description The CLD Exempla profiled panel system is a rigid welded mesh panel made from vertical and horizontal wires with a solid weld at each cross over point. This simple system has a number of integral features which contribute to the longevity and design life of this product. The wire is galvanized and then polyester powder coated over welds and wire ends to protect from adverse conditions. The special post system with the channel clamp bar makes it very easy to step panels when working with gradients. This popular system is recommended for aesthetics and quick installation. For the Exempla profiled panel system, CLD offers a standard post and clamp system which provides a complete method of securing, allowing infinitely variable stepping of panels. It is versatile, strong, simple to fix and vandal-resistant, yet allows panels to be removed without damage to either post or clamp. Accidentally damaged panels can be replaced without removing the post.

The CLD Securus post is a flanged rolled, hollow, section formed out of a high grade steel strip (40% higher yield than conventional hollow section), cold rolled with 25 mm integral slotted frames each side with a centre recess, allowing panels to be fitted independently of each other providing a flush face, reducing distortion in the panel and increasing post centres. Getting security right can be a daunting task but the CLD’s Active Anti-Intruder Systems takes care of this by having security toppings which act as a clear barrier to a would be intruder. CLD security toppings are available in various formats either cranked or straight with the aggressive razor wire. Description CLD has developed the heavy duty Dulok Rebound panel, to complement the existing Dulok Sports system. This is widely used in multi-use games areas, where previously plywood boards, prison mesh or even heavy duty grating have been used. Description CLD LockMaster SR2 gates are a high security product with accreditation to LPS1175. All hinges are anti lift off type and fully adjustable. A high security anti drill dead lock is standard on all Lockmaster SR2 gates, the lock is easily accessible from both sides. The gates are supplied with steel drop bolts which are lockable in the open position. A variety of toppings are available for the Lockmaster range including standard barbed and razor wire. Posts are flanged to accept any of the CLD systems. Frames are manufactured from RHS section and vertically welded to form extremely strong corners. Securus SR rated mesh is attached to the gate using pin hex security screws and washers.

These products are manufactured from extruded aluminium and mild steel, every gate is tested in the factory before delivery to site making them a very cost effective solution. All Slidemaster gates comply with the very latest safety requirements.

Finish Galvanised and polyester powder-coated after stringent cleaning and treatment to give a welladhered coating of a minimum of 60 microns. Also available as Galfan only which is a high aluminium content galvanising giving four times the life of BS 443. This finish is free of the sharps and irregularities found in the hot dip galvanising process. The full RAL range of colours available.

Description The SpeedMaster bi-folding trackless speed gates are the ideal solution where speed of opening and closing is essential or where space is at a premium. The SpeedMaster bi-folding trackless speed gates typically open at more than twice the speed of a traditional swinging gate of the same size which ensures a fast throughput of traffic while maintaining security of the site. The SpeedMaster utilises a PLC controlled, inverter driven, 3 phase motor, worm and wheel gearbox with a direct-drive shaft connected to the gate leaf, which ensures a smooth and positive movement. SpeedMaster speed gates are rated for 100% duty cycle i.e. continuous operation. The gates are manufactured using a RHS steel frame and CHS tubular steel infills. A wide range of alternate infills are available to suit customers requirements and to match adjoining fencing design. Also available are spiked tops, warning lights and sirens if required.
