I have seen first-hand that while some large corporations have the means and methodologies to harness this data, most businesses do not. That was why I started Londens, and it is why I continue to work with our partners today. Our mission is to improve business performance through the insights our reporting and analysis provide – to help gather, analyse and provide the crucial decision-making insights our clients need. Each person in our team of data experts including Computer Scientists, Operational Researchers, and Chartered Accountants bring their own unique skills and knowledge to every project. Londens Consulting Londens Consulting is an international information technology company headquartered in the City of London. We provide IT solutions and consulting services to solve data management, business intelligence and analytics challenges for small and medium sized companies, corporations and not-forprofit organisations.

Nikolas was determined to share the knowledge and data models used by these companies. His vision is to help businesses of all sizes to gather, analyse and decide based on state of the art Management Information (MI) Reporting & Analysis techniques and tools.

Our experience comes from lengthy careers on large IT, HR, MI and Finance projects with some of the world’s largest corporations including Coca-Cola, Johnson & Johnson, Deloitte Resource Centre, Ernst & Young, Royal Bank of Scotland.

Nikolas and the Londens team combine their considerable experience in PRINCE2 project management, business information technology, programming and data modelling with practical knowledge and expertise in analytics and business intelligence to provide strategic insights that bring competitive advantage.

Clarity at every step Our Methodology We believe that every step throughout a project should be very clear to us and to our clients. That’s why we follow a systematic process that breaks large and complex problems into smaller achievable components. Everyone at Londens is trained to follow this methodology and to optimise our partners’ value for money. We operate throughout the EMEA region and the Consultant responsible for your project will contact you to arrange an initial meeting or conference call to assess and review your business. Once this assessment is complete, the process unfolds through the following steps:

Our sales director, a senior Consultant and a software engineer will visit you to discover the nature and requirements of your business challenges. At this stage, we will set out expectations and goals together, and define the scope and the success criteria for the project.

REQUIREMENTS ANALYSIS

Next, our sales director along with a business analysis manager and software engineer will analyse your current state and your desired future state. This step identifies the procedural gaps, and then determines the actions that should be taken to achieve your goals. We produce your project’s implementation plan (Gantt Chart) and deliver it to you as soon as the solution is defined. Milestones and activities for the project are agreed upon.

Our solution is defined and now its infrastructure is designed. Our Consultants will build the models, business rules, data mappings and technical specifications and will put them in place for your review.

At this stage our team builds the application, develops the integration, reviews the checkpoints from both a business and technical perspective, and carries out test planning and execution. All stakeholders will now be aligned to the process and informed at every sub-activity we follow.

After the build, we ensure every aspect of your project is working as expected. Software testing now takes place, and our team migrates data, tests the functionalities, performance, integration and use. We compile and deliver completed test cases and share the test results with your managers.

Deployment only occurs when testing is complete. This step is the shift to a live implementation, so our team builds your historical data, stabilizes the environment and sets the security and configuration. We provide key user groups with training and hand over support and operations documentation.
