Contract
Contractors are expected to make a difference on day one. No induction, no training, just, “there’s the challenge, please get on with it”. To ensure all our contractors are up to the mark we require them to complete an online technical skills assessment to ensure suitability and competence. We track technical contractors across all vertical disciplines so we’re confident we can match any requirement your business may require. We’re constantly looking for talented contractors, using a range of networking and search approaches that go way beyond the typical IT jobs boards and database searches. Because we deliver exceptional service to clients and contractors, they trust us and like to stay in touch. We know when they’re thinking of hiring, moving on themselves, or just considering their options. And we can put that confidential knowledge to good use in meeting their needs. We offer: • Contract resource across all technical disciplines • Interim recruitment – strategic hires for senior roles up to and including director-level • Managed services – outsourced recruitment for specific projects. We look after our contractors through our contractor care team. They offer support and advice to first-timers and old hands. Executive Search Executive Search is a highly effective way of identifying and attracting the best talent for our clients more strategic requirements. This approach to recruitment ensures that the best pool of candidates is identified and includes all relevant individuals with the skills and experiences required to deliver against the specific needs of our clients. We work with our clients to advise on potential sources of talent and to identify target organisations where high performing individuals can be located. Lorien also leverage our extensive database of contacts with previous experience of operating in similar roles and organisations in order to identify candidates to approach. All approaches made by our Search Team are made confidentially to ensure the integrity of our projects. Once the target individuals have been identified, our researchers will approach these individuals discreetly to establish their suitability and interest with a view to bringing them in for an initial confidential meeting. Our Search Consultants engage with candidates for roles by completing an in-depth, objective and inclusive interview to determine which candidates possess the required competencies and characteristics, and the desired organisational and cultural fit, before presenting a detailed shortlist for further discussion. We coordinate all communications with throughout the process, ensuring that all candidates remain engaged with our clients throughout the interview and evaluation process.
