Probing the planet for complain for a second potential snowmobile sweet spots is fun, and enough. Or at least tha while doing so, but sometimes it feels like thi we never cedar woods. “EAT REBEL SNOWMOBILE, EMPIRE SCUM!”

“I GOTTA GET HOME WITHOUT BEING SEEN, SO I CAN STROKE MY WOOKIE IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN”

as correct even though one of them just saw the light of print. That being said, I should also point out that Mr. Lucas has got brains and wisely decided to compensate his obvious lack of judgment with a brilliant action scene commonly known as the Speed Bike Chase. In that scene, the protagonist Luke Skywalker and his sister/kissing pal are chased by the evil empire through a thick forest at fifteen billion miles per hour. Or so it seemed when I first saw it. It doesn’t get any better than a Jedi knight swooshing through a forest, crashing into a tree just to bounce right up and shred a passing Speeder Bike with his Light Saber. If that’s not a popcorn moment then I don’t know what is. That scene is still one of my absolute favorite speed chases through all time and it’s also what popped into our heads while shooting the pictures seen on these pages. We all grew up with Star Wars and this is our way of paying homage to it. By racing through the woods of Canada, imagining hordes of Imperial scum on our tails and being blessed with ignorance over the fact that the whole thing was originally shot in California. Screw California! We were in Canada, we were climbing trees with machines like crazed Wookies and we were happy. So, while Star Wars will continue to serve you sweet nostalgia and awesome sci-fi action, To Be will continue to probe the planet for potential snowmobile sweet spots until space travel is fast and cheap enough to take us to Endor. ıı BY ANDREAS GORDONS SON
