How many years you have worked as 5 a bartender? 5 years.
How long have you worked for this company? 2 years.
What is the secret to your success as a bartender? The way we make our guests feel is the most important part of our jobs as bartenders. I want you to feel safe, comfortable, and elevated when you come get a drink with me.
Do you feel that we are back on track with the hospitality industry after coming out of the ‘dome and gloom’ of COVID-19? Absolutely. People want a place to where they feel included and together. We’re too social as creatures to be kept far apart for long.
Have you been able to take any trips over the last year? Where and what did it mean to be able to travel again? This past summer I took a two-month cross country road trip, visiting 14 states and 4 national parks. It was life changing to be able to experience this beautiful country.
Where is the one place in the world you want to visit? Anywhere in Greece, the islands are gorgeous, and the waters look magical.
If you weren’t a bartender, what would your profession be? A wildlife biologist, with a focus on field work.
What is your favorite food? And why? Ramen, any style. It always sounds good to my stomach even with nothing else does.
Do you have a passion project or non-profit that you admire or are involved with? And why? Anything that supports wildlife conservation, the planet is a magical place that deserves to be protected.
What’s your zodiac sign? Is your personality type defined by this character? I’m a Virgo sun, which definitely defines my analytical thought process. But my compassion come from my Cancer moon and my charisma from my Leo rising.
Do you believe in psychics? Have you ever had a reading? If so, what was the takeaway? I feel like my partner reads my mind from time to time but I wouldn’t say I believe in psychics.
As a child, what was your favorite Halloween Costume? What was your fondest memory of Trick or Treating? Winter Haven had a Halloween event downtown and my grandma took me to it. I was the dapper werewolf and she was the bride of Frankenstein. We got in the newspaper that year.
What was your favorite Halloween Candy to receive as a child? How about now as an adult? Dark chocolate anything, forever and always.
Do you still like to dress up for Halloween? What’s your favorite costume? No, I definitely got lazy. Now I usually just throw a onesie on and call it a day!
Queen Elizabeth II just passed away. And a beautiful ceremony was held in her honor. When you pass, how and what do you want to be remembered for? I want to be remembered as someone who treated others well. I want to make others feel comfortable and accepted.
What’s your “spirit animal”? And why. A wolf. I’m a social creature and love platonic intimacy, but only with people I’ve already built a relationship with.
What’s your favorite Fall-flavored or Halloween inspired cocktail? And, what’s your signature cocktail? I made a maple pear vodka mule last December which was a hit. But I’m a sucker for any rum-tiki style drink.

On a desert island, what 5 things can you NOT live without? Multiple books (which I think should count as one item), water and food, an instrument to play (violin), journals and pens.
Is there anything you would like to add? We’d love to know more about you! I love to bartend because it’s taught me how treat others well and understand their needs. That has been one of the greatest skills I’ve cultivated in my lifetime. It’s something everyone should take the time to learn.
