She is the founder of Rehoboth Christian Business Executive Coaching Academy (RCBECA), where she is passionate about people living authentic lives and being intentional as they walk in their God-given purpose & destiny. Nancy’s desire it that individuals tap into the greatness that God has placed inside of them so they can live a fulfilled and blessed life! As an ordained minister and marketplace evangelist, Nancy coaches and trains leaders and their teams to be their very best. As an executive coach, she feels blessed that God has given her the gift to help others take control of their lives and realize the importance of selfcare and self-love. Nancy describes her faith as being critical to everything she does. “As the word of God tells us, without faith, it is impossible to please God.” When Nancy experiences rough circumstances, she shares that she strives hard to maintain her faith and confidence in God. She has witnessed her faith moving mountains. Although Nancy doesn’t always get it right, she has learned the power of repentance and humility when her faith weakens. “We have to fight the good fight of faith in every area of our life. We need to surround ourselves with like-minded people who call us out when we get out of faith and remind us to get back to faith.” When working and coaching others, Nancy reminds them of the importance of having faith and calling them out when they speak doubt and defeat. “I remind them that God only attends faith parties, period. I am humbled and blessed that God allows me to share the gifts He has placed inside of me with others. My favorite scripture is…Luke 1:37: For with God nothing shall be impossible.”
NWhat is one issue or concern you feel needs to be discussed, and what can you provide as part of the solution? One thing that needs to be discussed is that business professionals need to ensure they walk in their authenticity and honor their word to others. The world is very small, and everybody is connected to someone. I encourage my clients and colleagues to be true to their identity and under-promise and over-deliver. You never know who can influence and open a door for you. Be kind and operate in authenticity as a way of life! It will serve you well. One of my Nancyisms is, “You can be a first-rate you or a second-rate someone else.” Authenticity allows you to be a first-rate you! Fear, shame, and regret have paralyzed many from embracing their life purpose. What advice would you give to help someone overcome this obstacle? I encourage women to let go of the shame and guilt of their past and don’t allow it to block the blessings God has for them as they determine to walk in their purpose. Take the lesson and leave the baggage. Your past is not your future. When I went through my divorce, it was a painful and difficult time in my life. What I learned and share with other people who have gone through this is, there is life after divorce. Forgive yourself, let God heal your heart, and truly fall in love with the Jesus in you. That is what I did, and God healed me. I minister that message to others now when the opportunity presents itself. Remember, God has you! So, my challenge of walking through my divorce has allowed me to encourage, empower and equip women and men to keep going after a divorce because God still loves you. As I minister and share my story, God gets the GLORY! www.rehobothchristiancoaching.com
