THE RESIDENCE
Built in 2010 by Big D Construction, this 3,305 square foot cabin was designed by Paul Bertelli of JLF & Associates. With hand-hewn log timbers and reclaimed board and batten siding, combined with corten steel and Montana Moss Rock, the cabin mixes the old West with the modern comforts of the new West. Just steps away from the Shooting Star Clubhouse, this cabin offers convenience and luxurious comfort. Designed with upstairs living, the second floor features 1,822 square feet filled with natural light. The interior offers a soft, neutral palette of creamy walls and warm oak floors. A wood-burning fireplace offers a focal point for the main living space. Enjoy quality Subzero, Wolf and Asko appliances and fine finishes such as granite countertops in the kitchen. An island with a prep sink and a large pantry cupboard enhance the functionality of the kitchen space.

The primary suite shares the second floor with the main living spaces. It features a walk-in closet, vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace that fills the spaces with ambiance.
A powder room is located just off the landing. The landing is a versatile space that may accommodate a sleeper sofa or desk space.
Two guest suites are located on the main floor. Both guest bedrooms offer ensuite bathrooms. The larger guest suite features a gas fireplace. An additional bonus room offers the opportunity to add bunk beds or to use the space as an office or a den.
A flagstone patio showcases a large hot tub and welcomes you to step out and enjoy the lovely setting and scenery during Jackson’s pleasant summers. Other highlights include a mud room, laundry room and spacious 2-car attached garage.
