The Easy TurbineAnalyzer works around the clock Noise and vibrations from gears and bearings are a clear sign of wear and damage in a wind turbine. If no timely intervention is made costly repairs and operational shutdowns may occur.

The Easy TurbineAnalyzer is an easy and safe solution to detect mechanical problems at a very early stage. The Easy TurbineAnalyzer measures the continuous sound spectrum of a wind turbine, which enables the system to detect even the smallest abnormal changes – a warning message will be send to the operating manager if predetermined thresholds are breached.

Perceiving sound better than the human ear The Easy Turbine Analyzer is based on a Danish developed and patented method for analyzing sound. The unique method is very similar to the way the human ear perceives sound. With this new and innovative technology The Easy TurbineAnalyzer registers changes in the sound spectrum at a much earlier stage than conventional methods.

Warning via SMS Installation The Easy TurbineAnalyzer is only the size of a pound of sugar.

The installation in the turbine is simple and is done without altering the turbine’s construction.

Simply place the 3 Accelerometers with magnets where you want to measure your vital components.

The Easy TurbineAnalyzer is typically placed close to the wind turbine’s main power cabinet.

Reference signals Following installation of the Easy TurbineAnalyzer reference signals for each of the three measuring points are recorded automatically.

The approved reference signals are subsequently stored and the Easy TurbineAnalyzer is now ready for use.

The Easy TurbineAnalyzer reacts as soon as a signal from one of the measuring points deviates, by a pre-set value, from the approved reference signal. In total there are 5 warning levels and each level, if reached, will automatically send a warning SMS to the windmill owner, operator or service partner.

The SMS contains an overview of which measuring points that shows an abnormal change as well as the warning level.
