THE DOORWAYS

TO HAPPINESS

In the sprawling, awe-inspiring world of Tomorrow, it’s easy to lose track of where you want to go. During the weekend, this newspaper will serve as your guide to TomorrowWorld. Not only metaphorically, but also literally: As an introduction, we’ll show you around the best spots and secret hideaways, so you’ll be fully equipped to explore the grounds. Today, we introduce you to new hidden spots to explore.

The Main Stage is all-consuming. However, shift your gaze a little toward the right when facing the front and just around the corner, there’s an old-fashioned post office. Send a loved one a card, like assuring your parents you’re having a blast or a “wish you where here” to the guy or girl you left behind for the weekend. Even if you’re home before the letter arrives, it’s still a nice little gesture. And that’s exactly what the world needs, random acts of kindness. Speaking of hidden little places, if your feet are tired there are a bunch of hammocks hanging in the trees for the weary traveler.

Find them in the forest near Casa Bacardi and across from the Wind stage. Take a nap or watch the people go by; you deserve a little moment of peace. Starting at 8 o’clock in the morning at The Gathering, there are spaces for getting those joints warmed up with Zumba, stretching out during yoga class or finding your inner peace during a moment of meditation. You can also find a slew of fun games at your local District House. Giant chess, giant Jenga, cornhole, you name it. That’ll get you in the playful spirit! Keep on wandering! You never know where you might end up.

A MUDDY FLASHBACK TO FRIDAY

OMG. If those three letters were ever meant to be used for something, it was yesterday. It may have been muddy, it may have been sweaty, but it was glorious. Wake up People of Tomorrow. Wake up and greet a new day, a fresh start. Get ready for new music, new friends and new adventures. Gear up the barbeque, make yourself look pretty, put on your dancing shoes and zip up your tent. There’s warm coffee begging for you to drink at the Marketpl ace, fresh bread to be eaten. Take your time and let us take you back to the wonderful day of yesterday, before the madness kicks in again.

Ana (24, New York) “I’m on my way to cause trouble. Been up all night for shenanigans. The rain doesn’t bother me. It makes people huddle up in close quarters with strangers helping them out. Isn’t that awesome?”

Nhien ( 27, Kansas) & Ngoc (24, Kansas) True ravers always look their best. “We’ve been going out to party for the last few years. It beats bars by a long shot. No cliques, everybody on the same level.”

Spencer (24, Virginia), Brandon (30, Atlanta), Andrew (26, Las Vegas), Sam (22, New York) It’s still dawn and these fine gentlemen are already playing the drinking game, Beersbee. Because why not? “Come on over, we’d love to beat you,” they boast. Challenge accepted. Bring your own beer though, it’s going fast.

Katy (21) Orlando (Florida, USA) Katy woke up this morning, went to the bakery, and now she’s playing an epic game of flip cup. “I love it here because it’s just meeting a bunch of friends all over the place. We’re happy little campers.”

Dezaree (26, Georgia) and Keith (36, Georgia) For three years, TomorrowWorld has been a home away from home for this adorable couple. “It’s been real wet. We got here and set up right when it started pouring last night, but our neighbors are truly amazing. We found a spot that isn’t ten miles away from everything Success!” They’re cooking steak and eggs this morning after searching out a lighter for their stove. “Even if it pours, we’ll come back next year, and the year after that, and the year after that too.”

Kailey (21, South Carolina) and Sandra (21, South Carolina) Kailey was instantly inspired by her first festival experience at Electric Forest. “We’re putting together a dance team. Our first show together was Bassnectar, so we’re super excited to see him again.”

He was too focused for an interview. We don’t blame him. Actually, this may be the one time we didn’t try harder. Read on my friend, read on.

SEND SOME LOVE Want to let a dear friend or loved one know just how amazing TomorrowWorld really is? Maybe you want to persuade a friend that was not yet convinced to join you next year? The Post Office is where you can send handwritten postcards to anyone, anywhere for free. Olga’s sister lives in Holland: “We traveled together to this year’s Tomorrowland. I’m sending her this card so she can experience it all over again.” Danielle has three postcards on the way to her two best friends and her dad: “Last year, he framed the card I sent him and put it in his living room.” TomorrowWorld only exists here and now until you carry it with you into the world. Check out The Post Office between the Icon Stage and the food court.

Tell your friends who are coming to the world of Tomorrow to come in style with Uber! Download the app, and at the touch of a button, they’ll enjoy the ultimate festival ride experience. Just use the promo code ‘TWRLD’ for $20 off the first ride.

WHEN EVERYTHING IS WET: 5 TIPS FOR FARING IN THE RAIN Rainy weather has nothing on you!

Ponchos: A poncho or waterproof jacket is crucial for keeping dry. Don’t worry about it clashing with your festy wear - you radiate beauty and style no matter what! Plastic Bags: Plastic bags will be your saving grace when everything is wet. You can cover yourself with one or store your cell phone and any other items you need to keep dry.

Dry clothes: Change your wet socks or shirt whenever you take a break and lay them in your tent to dry. If you can fit them in your bag, go ahead and throw in an extra shirt, pair of socks and sweater or hoodie. Tent: Put all of your valuables in the center of the tent to avoid water damage. You can then use the mass of items as a blanket or seat (as

long as they are not breakable) for when you get back from dancing and need rest because you’re a valuable item, too. Embrace it: You’re surrounded by great music and beautiful people. Don’t let something like rainy weather slow you down or damper your experience!

GET THE BEST VIEW OF THE MAIN STAGE Where can you find the best view of the Main Stage? We found it and are happy to share! Head to the astroturf of the Bud Light Front of House. With a VIP ticket, you can take turns getting an up-close view of each artist and guardian of the key through magnificent brass telescopes. As you watch each Main Stage master work their magic, you can enjoy ice cold Bud Light or dance around with ivy-covered fairies and have your picture taken professionally for free. It’s also a prime spot for some selfies with the steampunk forest bar floating above the crowd as your backdrop. But then, put that phone away. It’s time to take in the views and live in the moment!

UNTAMEABLE TEE

BACARDÍ, the spirits company famous for their white rum, is taking on the ambitious task of creating an aftermovie for TomorrowWorld, which is no easy feat. To help them convey the experience that is this festival they sought out the most untameable music fan they could find. Parker, a 27-year-old adrenaline junkie and adventurer from Vancouver, Canada, agreed to embark on the epic journey… but there’s a catch. He must venture into the world of Tomorrow without a tent, a bag or a clue of what to do or where to go. All he has is the shirt on his back. “I’m not the type to get worried or have fear,” Parker said, “and I can literally make friends anywhere, even stranded in the middle of nowhere.” This is a guy who seeks out cliff jumping for fun. “Literally anything I can jump off of or flip off of is cool, to me.” As BACARDÍ keeps Parker in the dark, he must be completely ready and willing to take on any activity or challenge. “I’m uncovering everything as I go, and my job is to just go with the flow.” Parker seems quite confidant, but he has no idea what’s in store or what crazy situations he will soon be finding himself in - and believe us, it’s pretty wild what they have planned for him! Find @BacardiUSA on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and see what happens in this special aftermovie.

THROW IT OR GIVE IT AWAY ARE YOU AWARE... THAT THERE ARE PEOPLE ALL OVER THE WORLD WITHOUT A ROOF ABOVE THEIR HEAD OR WITHOUT CLOTHES, THAT YOU CAN HELP THOSE PEOPLE BY BRINGING YOUR TENT, SLEEPING BAGS OR CLOTHES TO YOUR DISTRICT HOUSE INSTEAD OF LEAVING THEM JUST BEHIND ON THE FIELD? REMEMBER, WE ARE ONE WORLD.

THE KEY TO HAPPINESS

DREAMVILLE RADIO This weekend, DreamVille Radio’s only objective is to spread the positive vibes all across the globe. Smack in the middle of the Marketplace, the famous Sean ‘Hollywood’ Hamilton and sidekick Juicy La Tour observe, partake in and dish on everything going on in DreamVille while also streaming live sets from the festival grounds. It’s the total TomorrowWorld experience, neatly delivered at home for those that unfortunately can’t be with us this weekend. Who are these good Samaritans?

TomorrowWorld is a joy for everyone to experience. It doesn’t matter if you’re stuck at home, they will bring the madness right to you! Amongst all the different channels, DreamVille Radio is still one of the most beloved means to enjoy the Key to Happiness wherever, whenever you want. This year’s broadcast is hosted by true veterans who know from experience how to make listeners feel like they’re really here. If you’re not yet familiar with his voice already, meet Sean ‘Hollywood’ Hamilton. A man who lives and breaths dance music, or so says his wife right before the big guy walks out of the studio. Some 35 years ago Sean started out spinnin’ funky disco clubs around Los Angeles. It was right before the infamous Disco Demolition Night in 1979, when thousands of disco records were burned as an ill-placed baseball promotion in Chicago. Disco was ‘dead,’ the mainstream said. After seeing disco music - his great passion - treated so poorly, Sean began turning to regular pop music, but he never forgot his roots. Nowadays, he does a million different things for the nationwide Evolution Radio, hosts his own afternoon show in New York on KTU and makes the famous Remix Top 30 Countdown, an internationally recognized show about everything fresh.

Broadcasting the love around the globe! “I’m happy that special feeling from the early days is back. You even hear a transition towards the more funky styles from yonder in today’s productions,” Sean says. “The big room ra-ta-ta is slowly making place for what you can consider modern takes on disco, like deep house. DJs that used to be all about the drop take more and more time to deepen their tunes.” Together with Juicy, Sean is embracing his first time serving as the voice and face of DreamVille Radio. He’s excited about the crowd he has seen so far. “My favorite guy is still a dude in nothing but a Speedo, walking the campgrounds this morning. He was strutting around with a big flag saying ‘I am lost. Can somebody help me?’ That cracked me up good.” For Juicy the biggest appeal about making DreamVille Radio is also the People of Tomorrow. “I’ve seen people dressed up as unicorns, dinosaurs, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Asking artists questions is one thing, but throwing myself into the crowd is so much more exciting here. I met a big group with SpiritHoods that I believed to be life-long friends. Turns out that they actually just met minutes ago. Isn’t that great, the unity here? Having been a club kid all my life, I feel blessed to turn my passion into a fun job like this. Tonight we’re off and going to explore the festival. Paul van Dyk, Armin, Tiësto… can’t wait to see them.” Tell your friends to tune in, so they can be part of the Key to Happiness, as well. Let Sean and Juicy share the amazing story and allow them to be part of the madness. Pay Sean and Juicy a visit at the Marketplace, they might just allow you to hop on the mic!

KEVIN GILLESPIE THE TOP CHEF OF TOMORROWWORLD Kevin Gillespie stands in front of his kitchen, located in a small, white tent with the ground beneath his feet vibrating from the Main Stage bass. He wears a plaid shirt, a UGA baseball cap and a canvas apron. You can probably guess where the name of his company, Red Beard, came from. Gillespie has developed quite a name for himself in the culinary world, having competed on the hit TV show Top Chef and having opened his renowned restaurant Gunshow in 2013. Did we mention he’s also penned his own cookbooks? Whenever he gets the chance to talk about food, he beams with passion and enthusiasm, so it was quite the treat to chat with Gillespie.

This is the first time you’ll be doing what you do best at TomorrowWorld, can you tell us about yourself? “I was born and raised in Georgia, and my career started at the Ritz Carlton in Atlanta. At 18, I moved to the west coast and worked around Seattle and Oregon. I feel like that’s where I learned what direction I wanted to take as a chef. In 2008, I came back to Atlanta and that’s when I became involved with food television. A few years ago, I made the concerted effort to open a restaurant, Gunshow, that provides inclusive fine dining for people from all walks of life to feel welcome. My specialties range from cosmopolitan to traditional southern cuisine.” What inspired you to come cook for the beautiful People of Tomorrow? “I live about five minutes down the road from the festival site. My neighbor is the mayor of this town, and he was the one to put me in touch with the people in Belgium. I had no concept for how grand the scale of this festival is. I’m at a loss for words to describe it.”

Who are the other chefs you brought along to help you at the TomorrowWorld Restaurant? “There are twelve other chefs here. I’ve worked with all of them. I like to find good chefs and keep them. They are all chefs or sous chefs at various restaurants under the same company, but they’ve never been under the same roof. I really just wanted to give them free reign and see how they all work together. Spencer Gomez of Gunshow, Andreas Müller of Revival and Sam Davis of Terminus are a few of the chefs here.” How did you decide what dishes to include on your TomorrowWorld menu? “I tried to figure out what makes sense for an atmosphere like this. The food is usually area appropriate with a worldly influence. For this festival, it’s about being impulsive, creative and following instinct. Much of the menu is very traditional southern food, but there’s also creativity being implemented.” What’s the secret to great barbeque food and how do you create an experience for your diners?

HOMEMADE MAC & CHEESE This food stand provides homemade Mac and Cheese with your choice of meat or a vegetarian option. If you have never tried a Fried Oreo… today is the day. And if you have, you already now just how brilliant this crazy combo is. Owner Josh Goldfedder calls it “feel good soul food.”

6 13

“There is no secret to great barbecue. It’s just something that gets overlooked. Barbeque has to be cooked on a wood-fire grill. If it’s easy to make, then it doesn’t taste right. Cooking on a wood-fire grill is a lifelong pursuit for any chef.” Do you have a guilty pleasure as far as food? Something that may not be considered high cuisine, but you love anyway? “My guilty pleasure is buffalo wings. The first restaurant I ever worked at was a place that served buffalo wings. I also have a huge weakness for sweets. Anything sweet. If I see a brownie or cookie, I can’t resist.” What’s the first thing home chefs should know if they’re dreaming of making it big as a chef? “You can’t be afraid to make mistakes. There are no actual mistakes. Intuition, that ‘gut feeling’ is what you need to follow. We don’t trust our guts enough. Some of the best dishes come from mistakes. Passion is what separates good from great. You can taste the personal interaction the chef has with the food.”

THE QNITED STATES OF AMERICA Dedicated fans of Q-dance have steadily been winning over hearts and minds stateside with the most powerful style of dance music. A movement by the people, for the people who love hard. And they were, no surprise, front row yesterday at the Q-Dance stage at TomorrowWorld. Time to meet up! Did you know the QSA movement actually started at TomorrowWorld in 2013? Like-minded souls always find a way to get in touch. Alex Conry from Seattle is one of those dedicated and passionate spirits. “QSA, through the Facebook group, has become a tight-knit family over the last few years. Even though we only meet a couple of times every year, we stay in touch almost daily. Our goal is to spread hardstyle, to grow the scene bit by bit. We meet up whenever we can, travel together, feel like a family. Q-dance recognized that and supports us big time. They see the love we’ve got for the Q and want to make it easier for us to win over people to join the movement. Our work may be far from over, but patience is a virtue. Everything for the love of hard!”

Much has been written about the notorious brothers: About their steady rise to the top of the charts, their deep connection to the world of Tomorrow and their ability to absolutely destroy every single place they set their sights on. Time to check in with the guys as they prepare for yet another smashing TomorrowWorld set. When you sell out the infamous Sportpaleis three nights in a row, you must be doing something right. Year after year the duo somehow pushes their name to the next level. Home may still be Belgium, but the world is their empire nowadays. This year’s banger was, as you all know, “The Hum.” It took the EDM world by storm, making thousands of ravers pound their chest simultaneously and filling the sky with that famous low humming chant, inspired by the box office The Wolf of Wallstreet starring Matthew McConaughey. Through their label, Smash the House, the brothers have also just released a new collection of Tomorrowland remixes in addition to massive singles from comrades Yves V and Sandro Silva & Thomas Newson. Tomorrow, they will be throwing down yet another Main Stage set that is sure to make the crowd go bonkers right before Afrojack and Hardwell hits the stage. What are you most excited about with this new chapter of TomorrowWorld? “To see the whole production in a new setting. It’s an amazing location, so we are curious to see how the production comes to life here. Also the crowd in the US is always ready for a good Rave!”

What do you think is most unique and different about TomorrowWorld compared to Tomorrowland? “The location is different so it gives you another feeling seeing the stages in fresh spots.” What was it like working with Ne-Yo on your single “Higher Place”? How did the collab come about? “It was beyond great! Mike wrote the song last year in Ibiza. First, we wanted to add a Sax or other instrument on the track but when Ne-Yo heard the track, he felt it instantly. Ne-Yo also loved Mike’s vocals on it, and after an hour the track was done. We felt it was a hit.” Besides Ne-Yo, what has been one of your most favorite artists to work with recently? “Too many to name. We have the pleasure of working with a lot of great people. Working with Charlie Sheen & JeanClaude Van Damme on ‘The Hum’ music video was a true experience.”

What is the Smash the House family up to and what are you all cooking up for fans next? “Some great music is about to drop on our label. We are still working on our album, and after a great Summer in Ibiza we will end the year with three arena shows for over 60,000 people in Belgium.” What is your absolute favorite remix at the moment and what exactly do you love about it? “‘The Hum’ by Lost Frequencies. It’s an original take on our track.” Who do you think is one of the most groundbreaking house artists at the moment and how are they shaping the genre? “Lost Frequencies is doing amazing and is somebody to watch, for sure.” What is YOUR key to happiness? “Seeing thousands of people smiling and raving to our music.”

ALY & FILA

DOUBLE PLEASURE

Trance Addict / 06:30 – 08:00

Belgian Stage / 5:00 – 6:30

Aly and Fila. This must be two people, right? Well, don’t be surprised if you see only one of them behind the decks. Yes, this is a duo, but only Fadi (Fila) currently goes on tour. Since Aly suffered a severe ear injury while performing, she was advised to avoid loud music. Luckily for the People of Tomorrow, Fila is happy to bring you the most amazing trance that they still produce together, such as “Eye of Horus,” their 2003 track which garnered tons of support from DJs like Paul van Dyk, Armin van Buuren, Tiësto and many others. With tracks like that, it is no surprise that Aly & Fila have been voted among the top 100 DJs on DJ Mag since 2008. What makes them extra special? These guys never forget where they come from. Not only do tracks, such as the “Eye of Horus” (an Egyptian god), refer to their home country of Egypt, but they also have their own record label that was named after their radio show: Future Sound of Egypt.

A match made in heaven or in this story, Antwerp. People of Tomorrow, keep an eye out on these two, because they are climbing that big staircase to stardom very, very fast! Belgian breakouts Double Pleasure have proven two of Antwerp’s fastest rising newcomers to challenge the ranks of EDM. These childhood friends bring a fresh, new sound to the EDM spectrum with creative renditions of familiar tunes. Making a playlist of all the newest and most amazing EDM tracks is just not their style. Marijn Heylen and Sam Bombeeck rarely play the original version of a track, but choose to remix those tracks in a way that no one else can. The result? A set full of unexpected twists that makes the crowd go even wilder than they do when they hear the original mega hit. As they prepare themselves for the next chapter of their journey, they can already look back at a boatload of success in just their first few years. Double Pleasure is on a path to make significant waves into the music industry.

PETE TONG All Gone Pete Tong / 09:00 – 11:00

Pete Tong is the renowned voice of Britian’s BBC Radio 1 dance programming. There are a few individuals in the world who can claim to have had the kind of worldwide influence Pete Tong has on the dance music industry. We could write a book about Pete’s career, because it mirrors the story of dance music over nothing less than the last twenty-five years. In a nutshell: Pete Tong left school back in the 70’s to become a DJ and has been living his dream ever since. Hosting several British radio shows, the biggest club nights all around the globe and maintaining a successful DJ career of his own, as well, he is a flagship of the international dance industry. His BBC Essential Mix show continues to be the international holy grail of mix shows, while his other show Essential Selections is – after almost two decades – still one of the best places to premiere a new record. It was this radio show that made him one of the few that has had such an incredible impact on the dance scene in the last twenty years. Pete Tong uses the radio shows that he hosts as a platform for new talent. The “Pete Tong Push” definitely helps young talent to make it out there. For this outstanding achievement, Pete received a British decoration from the hands of no one less than the British Prince William! On the DJ front, Pete has graced the sound systems of almost every major club and festival. Nowadays, you can find Pete playing in Los Angeles, Miami and Las Vegas once a month. His All Gone Pete Tong brand has achieved global recognition through parties in Ibiza and in Miami during WMC, as well as stages at festivals like Creamfields, SW4 and our Belgian sister Tomorrowland.

THE UNSHEATHED! Mythical Frames / 01:00 – 02:45

Two friends. One description: Pure unadulterated fire. Hailing from New York City, The Unsheathed! have been

hard at work on a DJ career in the EDM scene. A potent mixture of late nights in Brooklyn warehouses, a shared love for classic dance music, and the desire to spread the gospel led to the formation of The Unsheathed!. This duo is known for their capability to merge deep house and techno in the most perfect way. This mixture of two genres by The Unsheathed! has lead to performances on the same stages as the biggest DJs in the dance music industry. They started out in the warehouses of Brooklyn and shortly after, these two friends were asked to perform at NYC’s biggest techno clubs like Verboten. Today, it is finally time for them to show their skills to you, the People of Tomorrow! A big festival like TomorrowWorld? Nothing new for this NYC-based duo, which played alongside famous DJs on a stage at Woodstock’s Holy Ground for Mysteryland and Michigan’s Electric Forest festival.

THE KEY TO HAPPINESS

BASSNECTAR Mythical Frames / 11:35 – 01:00

BASSJACKERS Revealed / 10:00 – 11:30 These guys are like Yin and Yang. On the one hand there is Marlon, who’s known as the wild one, the most outspoken half of this Dutch duo and the one that brings the madness. He loves performing for massive crowds, so today’s set at the Revealed stage is right up his alley. On the other hand there is Ralph, who prefers his behind-the-scenes role as producer. He makes sure there is a perfect balance between being party purveyors and hardworking professionals. Despite their opposing personalities, they’ve been best friends since high school. It was comrade Fedde le Grand who noticed these boys’ talents. From that moment on, the releases and remixes kept coming and gaining more and more support from top DJs. Tiësto was responsible for that last push to realizing their dream as DJs when he turned “Mush Mush” into a club anthem back in 2011. Since then, Bassjackers have reached unimaginable heights in their career with numerous chart-topping bangers as well as remixes for A-list artists including Rihanna, Enrique Iglesias, Moby and Ne-Yo.

His name already hints at what he’s all about: Bass! Bassnectar blends elements of extreme bass with dubstep and hip hop, as well as contrasting moods and shifting tempos brilliantly melded into mind-bending sets. This long-haired bass icon is one of the most respected DJs in the U.S. Not only because Lorin Ashton is one of the longest standing DJs in the American EDM industry, but also because he’s had a huge influence on the California rave scene all while staying true to his roots. Although he travels from coast to coast, he still is one of the most popular DJs in California. It’s no surprise, then, that his name was inspired by a Cali beach. A friend gave him a sticker at a beach rave with the words Bass Nectar on it, and it was at that moment that his alias Bassnectar was born! The most awesome thing about Bassnectar is that his music is much more than entertainment; it promotes positive social and political change. What a way to change the world!

DANNY BYRD

BINGO PLAYERS

Hospitality / 11:50 – 12:50

Main Stage / 6:00 - 7:00

Hospitality / 2:50 - 3:50

Danny Byrd will be the cherry on the cake at today’s Hospitality stage. Danny is the right man to close off this stage hosted by the label Hospital Records. He was one of the first artists to sign to Hospital Records back in the late 90’s. To this day, mister Byrd still makes crowds go bonkers as a popular club DJ. The Englishman has been touring nonstop, going from Los Angeles to Paris to Romania to Vienna. But he’s, of course, never too busy to spin his records at Hospitality nights all over the United Kingdom. As a producer with years of experience under his belt, he managed to create his own inimitable take on soulful, vocal Drum & Bass that has become a staple in the scene. His use of hip hop, house and R&B influences has turned heads ever since his first foray. Like a true craftsman, he has turned out massive rave anthems over the years, which have led him to international recognition. This Drum & Bass producer in one of the most respected producers in the scene, so don’t miss out on what’s sure to be an epic performance!

Dutch producer and DJ Maarten Hoogstraten, better known as Bingo Players, has been boldly and prominently holding down a corner of the electro house scene for nearly ten years. He founded Bingo Players as a duo together with his late friend and partner Paul Bäumer, who passed away from cancer in 2013. Per Paul’s dying wish, Maarten continues to carry on the Bingo Players name as well as their label Hysteria Records. It was their 2011 hits “Cry (Just a Little)” and “Rattle” that made Bingo Players a household name in the world of EDM, landing on multiple charts and earning the duo a coveted spot in DJ Mag’s top 100. Written with Paul before he passed, the Bingo Players’ 2014 record “Knock You Out” - a tribute to Paul and his valiant battle with Cancer - became the group’s first number one single on the US charts. As Maarten continues to tour and release originals like “Curiosity” as well as remixes release Hysteria has successfully released tracks from the likes of Bassjackers, MAKJ and Sandro Silva, among many others.

Haven’t heard of them yet? Well, you better get to know this American Drum & Bass duo because they are on the up and up. Comprised of Hunter Watson (Atlanta) and Lee Griffin (Denver), Legion was the first American production duo to earn the honor of releasing a record on the reputable Playaz label. Their 2011 collab with R&B/pop singer Adam Wright, titled “Both Sides,” saw massive mainstream play after premiering on Pete Tong’s “The Essential Mix” with Netsky. Since then, the duo has skyrocketed to the forefront of drum and bass, with support from the likes of Sub Focus, Chords and Chase & Status. With recent releases like their “House of Cards” also featuring Adam Wright, the duo continues to pervade the airwaves with appearances on popular programs like UK’s “DJ Hype” on KissFM. We couldn’t think of a better way to shift your afternoon into overdrive with their set at the Hospitality stage from 2:50 to 3:50. If you want to hear the hottest and freshest in drum and bass… Legion is the set for you!
