PREFACE You have been prescribed DescovyÂŽ to treat HIVinfection. This booklet is designed to support you in using Descovy and to inform you on how it works. This guide is based on the package leaflet supplied with Descovy1 and should not be used as a replacement. The package leaflet contains the officially approved text. Your doctor, HIV-consulent and pharmacist are the initial contacts for information. If you have any questions after reading this booklet, please remember to contact one of them.

WHAT IS HIV?
