─ What's your motivation for applying AIESEC NTPU 2018 EB ?
AIESEC Essence 1) Please debrief the connection between ‘’The AIESEC way’’, ‘’AIESEC2020’’ and ‘’BHAG“. 2) Please explain these three models ─ ’’LDM’’, ‘’Refreshed AIESEC experience’’ , ‘’New Customer Flow’’ and what are their position in AIESEC. 3) Please elaborate the changes on the MoS, and how will it affect LC operation" .
General Questions ─ Please list down the vision, KPI, functional bottleneck and success of each product function(oGV, oGT, iGV, iGT)
─ Please explain the position of Back Office in LC, what’s their KPI and how do they synergy with each other.
─ Please break down each stage of Talent Flow into JAN-DEC, and list the main KPI of each stage
General Questions ─ What's finance six standards? (please also list down its content) What's its meaning to F&L function and the whole LC?
─ Please use SWOT to analyze the brand of AIESEC NTPU in our campus market,and also base on the SWOT, please provide the solution or strategy to solve it or make it.
─ Based on AIESEC 2020, what will AIESEC NTPU become in the following 3 years? How can we achieve it? Please list down your strategies in the next 3 years.
