December is here, we have all eaten our weight in Turkey and stuffing and sides and now the weather is getting colder. Man do I love this time of the year. I also love the fact that bikers give so much around this time to all the toy runs and food drives and any charity that comes our way. I am really looking forward to the Suncoast Brotherhood Toy Run This year on Sunday December 15th. If you know about Full Throttle Magazine, you know that was the first event Full Throttle and my dad, Paul, ever attended. I am a proud lifetime member of the Suncoast Brotherhood and will always be on this ride if I can make it.
There are so many great events happening in December and January but let’s focus on a few of the bigger events. First one I would like to talk about is the Florida Wrenchfest happening at Riveters in Tampa on Dale Mabry on December 14th. This is a great event with tons of great cars and bikes and has 2 awesome bands, C20 and Jeff Vitolo and the Quarter Mile Rebels. We are talking about Rat Rods and hot Rods and Muscle Cars along with great food and cold beer. Oh yea, they also have a rocking Pin Up Contest with Beautiful women from all over. Next is the Suncoast Brotherhood Toy Run on December 15th that starts and ends at the American Legion Post 275 360 Wilson St. in Dunedin. There will be breakfast available and this is a police escorted ride. Please bring your $10 donation and a new unwrapped gift for the foster kids. At the end of the ride there will be vendors, raffles, 50/50, wheelbarrow of cheer and live music by Twisted Revolver. The next event I want to discuss is the Moramoto Holiday
Toy Drive and Mega Sale at Moramoto on Dale Mabry. This is going to be fun as there will be a 12 class Full Throttle Bike Show, food trucks, 50% OFF fill the bag sale and much more! Next is the WCFR Bringing Christmas to Everyday Blessings Children’s Home on December 21st. There will be a petting zoo, holiday activities, food truck, bounce houses and of course Santa. Of Course, everything we do is sponsored by the Fran Haasch Law Group. If you ever need a personal injury attorney please call 866-LAW-FRAN or go to www.lawfran.com.

First, I would like to say, I am glad to see 2024 chapter “closing” and blessed to see what the new year brings. It was wonderful seeing the outpouring donations to Law Fran’s 16th Annual Food Drive for F.E.A.S.T. It is one of my favorite events of the year.
As so many this year are recovering from two massive Hurricanes that hit our area, the Diva Angels Tampa Bay Chapter has been raffling those liquor bottles bike nights at Quaker Steak and Lube to help as many families affected. We donated our first $300 to Eisenhauer Elementary, they were so thankful because many of their families lost everything.
We were Dressed up for Halloween Bike Night, collecting PJ’s and collecting donations for C.A.S.A women’s shelter, a domestic violence center for Pinellas County which provides lifesaving services to women, children, and men living with domestic violence for over 40 years. www.casapinellas.org
We would like to thank the community for helping us with donations and playing our bike night games, which enables us to write these donations as well as many others for those less fortunate than ourselves. Wishing everyone a Happy and Healthy Holiday Season.

This editorial is long overdue. I have known Fran and Rhett now for years. I think it is absolutely fair to say the entire Florida biker community would not thrive and be as vibrant as it is if it wasn’t for Fran and Rhett her husband. I will dare to say some businesses and even competitors of hers would not exist if it wasn’t for www.LawFran.com!
During the pandemic, I have witnessed Fran anonymously coming to the rescue of individuals and businesses with zero benefits to her or her business in doing so. A multitude have tried to “dethrone” Fran only to leave with their tails between their legs. There are still a few out there trying to emulate her. When your competition tries to copy you, it’s the greatest compliment isn’t it? I myself in 2017 faced a situation where I had a choice to stay with an organization which turned its back on Fran to partner with a competing attorney or, remain loyal to Fran at the risk of no longer being published by them. I chose the later and, I have no regrets. And the organization that turned their back on Fran? Well, they learned a lesson as so many did when choosing money over other more important fundamental values. This editorial is my Christmas gift, my testimony and, my very best wishes to Fran, Rhett and their entire team.
You see, when you hire Fran and her team as your attorney, you are associating yourself with a team of altruistic individuals. Altruistic in the sense that your needs will have priority over their own and when your case will close, the money paid to Fran I can assure you does not all go in her pockets. It goes right back in the communities for good causes. I counted over 50 different charities which she calls “partners” on her web site. I have said for years that Fran, Rhett and the Law Fran team put the human soul back into the practice of law. Oh yes of course I have randomly in very rare occasions heard some criticism about Law Fran but the back story always reveals truths that make you go “Oh! Ok!”.
endeavors. With a deep passion for giving back to her community and making a positive impact in the lives of others, Fran has proven to be a true force for good. This editorial will explore her philanthropic efforts and shed light on the invaluable contributions she has made to society.
Fran's commitment to philanthropy extends beyond her legal career, showcasing her genuine dedication to helping those in need. Throughout the years, she and her husband Rhett have consistently sought out opportunities to support various charitable causes, becoming a beacon of hope and a catalyst for change in the community.
One notable aspect of Fran's philanthropic work is her unwavering support for organizations focused on empowering women. Recognizing the unique challenges faced by women in society, Fran has actively worked to uplift and inspire women through her involvement with nonprofits and charities. She has sponsored numerous events and initiatives that promote gender equality, providing resources and opportunities for women to thrive in both professional and personal spheres.
Additionally, Fran has been a fervent advocate for victims of domestic violence. She understands the devastating impact that abuse can have on individuals and families and has taken proactive steps to address this issue. Fran has collaborated with local shelters and organizations to raise awareness about domestic violence, offer legal assistance to survivors, and support programs that aim to break the cycle of abuse. Her dedication to this cause has undoubtedly changed lives and provided hope to those who have experienced unimaginable hardships.
In the realm of legal professionals, Fran Haasch, a Floridabased attorney, stands out not only for her exceptional legal expertise but also for her remarkable philanthropic
Education is another area close to Fran and Rhett's hearts, and they have consistently demonstrated their commitment to improving educational opportunities for children. Believing that education is a powerful tool for breaking the cycle of poverty, Fran and Rhett have supported initiatives that provide underprivileged students with access to quality education, scholarships, and resources. By investing in the education of future generations, Fran, Rhett and the team are actively working towards creating a more equitable and prosperous society.
In addition to her work with women, domestic violence survivors, and education, Fran has also lent her support to organizations dedicated to improving the lives of children facing health challenges. She understands the emotional and financial burdens that families endure when their children are dealing with medical conditions. Fran has sponsored events and made significant donations to organizations that provide medical assistance, support, and hope to children and their families. Her generosity has undoubtedly provided relief to families in their most trying times, offering them a glimmer of hope and comfort.
Fran and Rhett have been instrumental in promoting road safety and preventing accidents. As an attorney specializing in personal injury law, she has witnessed firsthand the devastating consequences of negligent and reckless behavior on the road. Fran actively supports campaigns and initiatives aimed at raising awareness about road safety, advocating for stricter regulations, and providing resources to prevent accidents. Through her philanthropic efforts in this domain, she seeks to protect lives, prevent injuries, and promote responsible driving.
mitment to making a lasting impact and underscores their genuine concern for the welfare of others.
In recognition of her outstanding philanthropic efforts, Fran has received numerous accolades and honors throughout her career. However, it is her humble and down-to-earth demeanor that truly resonates with those who have had the privilege of crossing paths with her. Rhett. Her husband only has words of praises towards his bride. Despite her busy schedule, she remains accessible, approachable, and committed to making a positive difference in her community.
Fran and Rhett's impact reaches far beyond financial contributions. They actively engage with the community, striving to be a positive role model and inspiration to others. Fran encourages her colleagues, friends, and clients to join her in giving back, organizing fundraisers and awareness campaigns that mobilize the community towards a common goal. By leading by example, she has inspired countless individuals to step up and make a difference in their own capacity. An employee of her who has known Fran from before her time as an attorney shared with me “Fran makes you want to be a better person”.
What sets Fran and Rhett apart is their genuine compassion and empathy. They approach their work with a hands-on approach, taking the time to understand the needs of the organizations she supports and the individuals they aim to help. Fran and Rhett actively seek out opportunities to engage directly with those they assist, whether it's through volunteering, mentoring, or providing legal guidance. Fran and Rhett’s personal involvement demonstrates their com-

Fran's commitment to supporting women, fighting against domestic violence, improving education, aiding children facing health challenges, and promoting road safety showcases her multifaceted philanthropic endeavors. Her genuine compassion, handson approach, and unwavering commitment serve as an inspiration to others, encouraging them to contribute their time, resources, and expertise to make a positive impact. Florida is fortunate to have Fran Haasch, making a tangible difference in the lives of those who need it most. I would be remiss if I did not point out Fran and Rhett’s complete dedication and support of our military veterans, our service men and women who sacrifice so much already for us all.
So much more could be written about Fran and Rhett.
Starting with the humble beginnings of her family. A hardworking dad she adored who left this world too soon (RIP). A sweet multi-culturally, educated, sophisticated and, nurturing mother who is actively enjoying her grandmotherhood to Fran and Rhett’s badass and most precious sons.
On behalf of the entire community, thank you Fran and Rhett and the entire Law Fran team. A blessed merry Christmas and a year 2025 filled with absolute prosperity.
