ENGAGED TO FACILITATE

DISCOVERY PHASE Develop an understanding of distinct audiences’ needs in order to create an appealing user experience that increases enrollment Review current structure and make recommendations for optimal structure and staffing. Conduct an audit of site’s visual design, architecture, and content in relation to marketing goals. Develop a plan for testing user experiences and maximizing SEO.

DESIGN PHASE Improve information architecture and navigation, based on best practices for: • Increasing enrollment, • Increasing alumni engagement and giving, and • Promoting faculty research and community outreach. Working with brand style guide and marketing plan, develop a new visual design for the site, employing effective photography, digital media, and graphics. Identify ways to leverage content across the site for efficient workflow with maximum impact for audiences. Creatively and effectively integrate social media into user experience with site.

IMPLEMENTATION Recommend and deploy content management system; and develop documentation for CMS maintenance and development. Migrate content into new site. Create online training tool/manual for Web Editors.
