Love Hard is a 2021American romantic comedy film directed by Hernán Jiménez and written by Danny Mackey and Rebecca Ewing.The film stars Nina Dobrev, Jimmy O. Yang, Darren Barnet, MattyFinochio, James Saito and Harry Shum Jr.
Encouraged by her best friend, who tells her that all LAmen are a**h**** , our heroine, Natalie, changes her app settings and starts chatting to a guy living on the other side of the country.The two hit it off and Natalie decides to surprise him in person for the Christmas holidays; she travels to his East Coast hometown, only to find that she’s being “catfished. ” So the person she thought wasTag (Never Have I Ever’s Darren Barnet) turns out to be Josh (Silicon Valley’s Jimmy OYang). However her crush actually does live in the same town, and the man who duped her offers to set them up, if she pretends to be his girlfriend for the holidays. It’s all predictably silly yet engaging, thanks to a game Dobrev, who has a spiky chemistry with an amiableYang.The script, from Danny Mackey and Rebecca Ewing, has a handful of well-constructed moments – a surprisingly sweet “woke” riff on date-rape anthem Baby It’s Cold Outside and a LoveActually-inspired ending.
Love Hard was produced by Wonderland Sound and Vision, and filmed in Vancouver from October to November 2020.The film was released by Netflix on November 5, 2021.

Succulent Fish & Chips - The Town Frier Has Relocated
The first Fish & Chip Shop is thought to have opened in the North of England in Mossely, near Oldham, Lancashire around 1863.
Over the decades they’ve changed how Fish & Chips are served. Prior to the 1980’s to keep prices low Fish & Chips were very often served and wrapped in newspaper, until during the late 1980’s when it was flagged as unsafe for food to be served in newspaper because of the ink.
Whichever way they are served, traditional Fish & Chips are delicious and especially the ones made by Mick and Andrea from ‘The Town Frier’ . The Town Frier has recently moved location from Puente don Manuel to the kitchen at The Belvedere in Torre del Mar. I was so happy to have what I call a ‘proper’ Fish & Chips menu arrive practically on my doorstep with a takeaway option available too. For Mick and Andrea’s many existing customers who have been visiting to support them at their new location and their new clients, everyone’s a winner! They have an extensive menu with all the typical favourites including; cod, haddock, scampi and fish cakes, chips, onion rings, pies, sausages including vegetarian, southern fried chicken, wraps, mushy peas, curry sauce, gravy, pickled eggs, gherkins, the list is endless… plus upon request they can also prepare Gluten Free Fish & Chips! Mick and Andrea are looking forward to serving you the freshest Fish & Chips with a warm welcome.
