Manny Pacquiao is retiring from his boxing career after losing to Yordenis Ugas. According to his 14-minute video where he is delivering a message to his fans,supporters and family. He posted it on his official facebook verified account on September 29th.

Pacquiao has officially announced his retirement from boxing at the age of 42 years old,the eight-division world champion said in his retirement speech a 14 minute video posted on his verified Facebook account on September 29th. Pacquiao has stated that he is retiring from boxing to focus on his political career.

Manny has been a big inspiration in the Philippines . He fought a lot of battles in the ring. He is an eight-division world champion and now is retiring and now running for presidency.

In his own words, he wants to help poor people who are suffering from poverty.

Yordenis Ugas, an Olympic weightlifter, defeated Manny Pacquiao with scores of 115-113, 116-112. Ugas outlanted Pacquiao with a margin of 101 to 88. That leaves Pacquiao with a 62-8-2 record with 39 knockouts.
