EUROPEAN PAVILION 2024
China Licensing Expo, now in its 17th year, will be held on 16 - 18 October 2024 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC), Shanghai, China.
ABOUT THE SHOW
The show, which is organised by the China Toy & Juvenile Products Association and is supported by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People’s Republic of China as well as the National Cultural Heritage Administration.
The show, which runs concurrently with The China Kids Expo, The China Toy Expo and the China Preschool Expo, currently has eight different territory pavilions - Russia, Japan, Korea,Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong, China and, following the successful launch in 2019, a major European Pavilion to take advantage of the broad variety of visitors that attend each year.
THE VISITORS
In 2023, the 400+ exhibitors at the show attracted 79,216 professional attendees, covering a broad variety of product groups including apparel, toys and juvenile products, consumer electronics, stationery, home textiles and many more. These visitors came from 136 different countries around the world. This represents a 20% increase on that of 2019.
THE EXHIBITORS
Exhibitors in 2023 were 40% up on the previous year with a broad range of international and domestic brands and characters. More than 400 exhibitors took part over three and a half adjoining halls.

THE EUROPEAN PAVILION
A special section of Hall E2 has been set aside as the European Pavilion.
With the objective of making it as easy as possible for overseas exhibitors interested in making their mark in China, the organisers have created a package including booth, furniture, lighting and hotel accommodation for one set cost-effective amount.
THE BOOTH PACKAGE AND COST
The booth package includes

• Five folding Chairs
• 5 Spotlights
• A power socket (15AX380V)
• A waste bin
• One hotel room - single or double - and breakfast for three nights at the luxurious five- star Kerry Hotel Pudong.
The total cost for all the above, including stand, furnishing and hotel accommodation is £2500.00 plus VAT (€2925.00). Larger booths/multiples are also available.
Infringement
The organisers also have an IPR office on site in order to protect the copyright and trademarks of exhibitors.
About the Hotel
Connected to Kerry Parkside with a wide range of shops and restaurants, luxurious Kerry Hotel Pudong, Shanghai is a 3-minute walk from the New International Expo Center and Huamu Road Subway Station (Line 7).
