Credit Union Centre Credit Union Centre is a multi-purpose arena facility that has expanded its seating to accommodate over 15,000 people. With moveable seating risers and telescopic seating, the Centre can convert its arena level into 60,000 square feet of exhibitor space and also has an additional 20,000 square feet of space on the Concourse level. Free onsite parking can accommodate approximately 4,000 vehicles. Transit services can be arranged from downtown. For conventions, Credit Union Centre’s professional catering staff can serve groups from 6 to 4,000. For trade shows and exhibitions, several concession service points are conveniently located throughout the facility. In addition to being a venue for large trade shows and conventions, Credit Union Centre plays host to big-ticket concerts, rodeos, ice shows, circuses and other events of a similar size. University of Saskatchewan The University of Saskatchewan is a five minute drive to city centre, located directly across the river. The campus is approximately 15 minutes by car to the John G. Diefenbaker International Airport. A variety of meeting space is available, ranging from classrooms to theatres and auditoriums. The campus is considered a walking campus, with all facilities within a five-minute proximity to the four residence halls at Voyageur Place and food services. Hospitality Services provides dormitory-style accommodation, catering coordination for events at Marquis Hall and catering deliveries around the campus. The banquet facility, Marquis Hall, has rooms suitable for events from a 12-person luncheon to an 800-person reception. Conference and Event Management provides conference planning, registration and conference management services for hire.

Ramada Saskatoon Centrally located on a main thoroughfare, The Ramada Saskatoon allows easy access to all major event venues. The hotel features a full flight indoor driving range – The Ramada Golf Dome. This facility offers year round golf practice on two levels on individual driving mats. Also available is a nine-hole miniature golf course. In 2010, the Ramada Saskatoon completed renovations to all guest rooms. This included hallways and upgrades to the elevators. Each newly renovated room comes equipped with a fridge and microwave, high speed wireless internet, coffee service and pay per view movies. Renovations have also been completed to the lobby, the conference centre and common areas of the hotel. O’Brians Event Centre
Shearwater River Cruises
The newly renovated O’Brians Event Centre is a landmark building in the heart of downtown Saskatoon and has hosted a number of different artists, including Nelly Furtado, Fun., the Sheepdogs and Nitty Gritty Dirt Band. O’Brians Event Centre continues to be a popular venue for concerts and special events.
The Prairie Lily, Saskatchewan’s largest passenger ship, is restroomequipped and has a newly renovated licensed bar and dining cabin. Rain or shine, guests can be comfortable in the ship’s enclosed, heated and air-conditioned cabins.
This historic building has been completely renovated, with a state of the art sound and lighting system, but maintains the charm of the original façade. With 15,000 square feet of conference and event space, the facility can host a variety of functions, such as banquets, special occasions, fundraisers, and private corporate events. O’Brians Event Centre can accommodate up to 1,000 people and offers catering services, courtesy of Bell’nWhistle Bar and Bistro. For individual cruising opportunities, she sails daily from the May Long Weekend through Thanksgiving Weekend, with weekend cruises in the shoulder seasons. On weekdays, the afternoon sailing leaves the dock at 4:00, and the evening cruise leaves at 6:30. On Saturdays and Sundays there is an extra afternoon cruise at 2:00 (all cruises board one-half hour before sailing.) They also feature dinner cruises on Fridays and Saturdays as well as our Sunday Captain’s Brunch at 11:30 (Reservations are necessary for dinner and brunch cruises.) For group cruising opportunities, the Prairie Lily is available for charter from mid-April to the end of October. She can host parties of 20 – 120 for cruises, and sit down events in the main cabin for up to 75. Charter cruise opportunities include meetings (morning, afternoon or all day), luncheons, dinners, and cocktail events. We are able to provide audio-visual equipment, PA systems and other technical items upon request. Events (and the ship!) can be very casual or dressed up. Wanuskewin Heritage Park
Western Development Museum
Wanuskewin Heritage Park is located 5 minutes from Saskatoon, and offers guests a truly unique and rich cultural experience. The Park Interpretive Center features five meeting rooms totaling 3,963 square feet. Of those five rooms, three open to form one large room totaling 2,394 square feet removing the movable walls. Meeting rooms can accommodate groups of 10 up to 150 people. The Interpretive Center sits on top of the Opimihaw valley, and features floor to ceiling windows which allow for breathtaking views of our natural wonders.
Booking your event at the Western Development Museum provides the opportunity for your delegates to visit 1910 Boomtown, the longest indoor museum street in Saskatchewan. Special arrangements may be made to include interpreters in period costume, blacksmithing demonstrations, horse and buggy/sleigh rides or a melodiously playing calliope. Delegates can also visit the Museum Store, where specialties include handcrafted and Saskatchewan-made items, and Boomtown Photo Studio, where they can dress in period costume and take home a souvenir.
Wanuskewin offers a full catering menu from our on-site restaurant, which features a fusion of traditional and contemporary First Nations foods. The Park also offers a variety of A/V amenities including Wi-Fi, projectors and Smartboards.
The Western Development Museum offers catering to groups of 25 to 500 people, with menus ranging from a western BBQ to an elegantly served dinner. Ample parking is available.
