What is it?
▪ No position limits
▪ Outlines the requirements in training and
licensing necessary to advance throughout various levels ▪ Each training is tracked by supervisor
Overview
▪ As a team member reaches a specified milestone,
they are eligible for a promotion ▪ Multiple layers for some positions
▪ Three weeks of cross-training in each respective
division ▪ Three day equipment operation and maintenance
internship with the Fleet division
CrossTraining
▪ Total of 12 weeks and 3 days of required cross-
training ▪ Intent is to gain insight and understanding of
each position in the divisions and be able to assist if the need arises ▪ Prior job-related experience in the various
divisional fields can be substituted for crosstraining
