BEAVER DAM COMMERCE PARK ALLIANT ENERGY GROWTH SITE

Alliant Energy serves thousands of large industrial customers and has developed Alliant Energy Growth Sites - large areas served by Alliant Energy electric and/or natural gas that are development ready. One of the largest available business properties in Wisconsin, the Beaver Dam Commerce park totals 520 contiguous acres adjacent to the four-lane Highway 151. It is centrally located, allowing one day hauls from destinations, such as Twin Cities, Des Moines, Indianapolis and Detroit.

APACHE STAINLESS EQUIPMENT CORPORATION

A manufacturer that supplies large commercial equipment to critical industries, including food production, pharmaceutical development and manufacturing, and energy processing and refinement. The employee-owned company provides highly customized engineering services and equipment products to processors across North America.

BUSSE/SJI, RANDOLPH, WI - A DIVISION OF ARROWHEAD SYSTEMS, INC.

Manufactures high-speed palletizing and depalletizing equipment for the food, beverage and container manufacturing industries. The Viper Palletizers are used around the world in the production of aluminum beverage cans and steel food cans. The Alpha Turbo Depalletizers are utilized by food/beverage producers to deliver empty containers into the filling lines.

BREUER METAL CRAFTSMEN

The origins of Breuer Metal Craftsmen are rooted in Germany and France during the early 1900s. They have called Beaver Dam home since the 1940s and are now transitioning to that rare fourth generation of family ownership. Their stairs, railings and miscellaneous metals are designed and fabricated by the area’s most talented and experienced metalworkers. These custom fabrications can be found across the U.S. and beyond.

Burgess-Norton Manufacturing Company is the world’s largest manufacturer of piston pins. For over a century, they have specialized in the development and manufacturing of piston pins to serve the internal combustion market. They are also the world’s leading producer of award-winning precision powder metal components.

JOHN DEERE

John Deere Horicon Works makes premium riding lawn equipment (X300, X500, X700 Series tractors) and premium utility vehicles for John Deere customers worldwide. The factory also makes some attachments for those products as well as golf course management cutting systems for high-accuracy turf management.

KRAFT HEINZ COMPANY

Philadelphia Cream Cheese was first produced in Beaver Dam in 1924 by the Phenix Cheese Company. J.L. Kraft purchased Phenix Cheese Company in 1928. The Beaver Dam food plant is one of the original Kraft plants and employs just over 250 employees, running 3 shifts, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Kraft and Heinz merged in 2015 to form Kraft Heinz.

MAYVILLE ENGINEERING CORP (MEC)

Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. (MEC) was founded in 1945 by Ted Bachhuber and his Uncle Leo. Today, MEC is a leading U.S.-based value-added manufacturing partner that provides a broad range of prototyping and tooling, production fabrication, coating, assembly and aftermarket components. Their customers operate in diverse end markets, including heavy- and medium-duty commercial vehicles, construction, powersports, agriculture, military and other end markets. MEC has developed long-standing relationships with bluechip customers based upon a high level of experience, trust and confidence.

METALCRAFT OF MAYVILLE

Headquartered in Mayville, WI, Metalcraft of Mayville Inc. (MOM) has become a leading metal fabricator and manufacturer for OEM customers across the U.S. MOM serves automation, agriculture, commercial lawn care (Scag Power Equipment), construction, equipment transport, industrial, military and mining markets. MOM, an ISO 9001:2015 registered company, manufactures products in its five facilities, totaling over 1,000,000 square feet, located in Mayville, WI; Beaver Dam, WI; New Berlin, WI; Watertown, WI; and West Bend, WI. Is a high-volume commercial printer with web, sheetfed, saddle-stitching and perfect-binding expertise. They produce both commercial and publication pieces, such as magazines, catalogs, sales flyers and self-mailers and employ approximately 120 people year round. Mittera Wisconsin is a proud part of Mittera Group, with headquarters in Des Moines and has plants located in ten states.

NORTHWOODS CASKET COMPANY, INC.

Handcrafts fine wooden caskets and cremation urns in a manner that preserves and protects precious natural resources and the Earth’s beautiful landscapes. While they ship nationwide, much of their business is here in Wisconsin, serving more than 300 funeral home locations in Wisconsin and Minnesota with next-day delivery guaranteed. The distribution arm of their business, Casket Builder Supply, ships specialty parts, hardware and upholstery to other boutique casket companies and independent builders worldwide. They serve more than 1,600 casket builders regularly.

A full-service private-label manufacturer for private-label frozen pizzas, dressings and sauces. Their Beaver Dam plant specifically runs only private-label frozen pizzas.

SUPREME MANUFACTURING

A full-service metal fabrication facility with forty full-time employees and two shifts. In Beaver Dam since 2004, they are a family-owned business with a combined 127 years of experience in the metalworking and machinery building industry. They use state-of-the-art equipment to fabricate products and complete assemblies for Original Equipment Manufactures (OEM) in the transportation, refrigeration, food manufacturing, snow removal and pharmaceutical industries and many more. You may see some of their work at the local grocery stores in refrigerators and freezers or on the back of a city truck or snowplow.
