SPRING
DAY 1: Leave your troubles at the door and check into one of the many motels, hotels, or the conference center right here in Green Lake. Big rooms, quiet rooms, even a space for your dog, Green Lake has it all. Feel free to hunker in for the night and relax or adventure to one of our many local establishments for some great food and drinks. An “old-fashioned” drink should be on that list, made just the way you like it!
DAY 2: After sleeping in, take a brisk walk into downtown Green Lake and arrive at Little Corporal Family Restaurant for a delicious, hearty meal. You won’t have to go too far to spend some time in our ever-charming shopping district, where there is something for everyone. Take a short drive to Princeton for some antiquing and visit their famous Flea Market (starts at the end of April) or do some more shopping downtown Princeton, Berlin, and Ripon for a full day of retail-shopping therapy.
Make it a special evening at our local establishments: Vines & Rushes Winery, Knuth Brewing Company, and Town Square Tap. Taste all the flavors that make the Green Lake area special. Grab a bite to eat and a cold pint or glass of wine, made with locally sourced ingredients, sure to fill you up before you head back to your room for the night.
DAY 3: Before you leave, make sure to head on over to Amish Country in southwest Green Lake County. Horse-drawn buggies, kerosene lanterns, and traditional Amish attire are trademarks of this unique community. The Amish stores specialize in baked goods, fresh cheese, beautiful quilts, and handcrafted items. They are widely known as experts in wood furniture construction as well. You are sure to leave with something special to commemorate your trip to Green Lake with all the shopping you accomplished.

SUMMER
DAY 1: Grab a tent or gas up the RV and head to one of three different camping options here in Green Lake. After you are all set up, it is time to get right to it! All of the fun you can handle, from pools, entertainment for children, golf, and mini-golf to lake access, boat launches, and much more. The possibilities are endless here in the summer from sunrise to well past sundown!
DAY 2: Enjoy breakfast by the fire or take a ride into Green Lake early to make sure you have a hearty breakfast. Then it’s time to get out on the water. Whether you like to fish, take the pontoon out for a ride, or jet around on jet skis, Green Lake has plenty of beautiful water to ride in. Don’t forget to take some time for lunch and dine dockside at one of our local restaurants.
As you enjoy your final cruise around the lake as the sun sets, make sure to stop at one of the restaurants for a mandatory fish fry dinner. Recap your day around the table with endless smiles, laughs, and great memories.
DAY 3: Wake up bright and early, boil that pot of coffee, and enjoy the sounds of nature all around you. Maybe you'll have the chance to cast a line or two for a couple fish, explore new hiking/biking trails you haven’t before, or enjoy even more time out on the lake. There are so many outdoor activities to keep you going in the summer, the hardest part is choosing what to do first.
DAY 1: Arrive at cottage, cabin, lodge, private home-rental or lakefront home and immediately take in the beautiful view of Green Lake from the wraparound porch. Perfectly suited with all the special amenities that your family requested, you are ready to unpack and unwind in this luxurious home away from home. Spend the evening together reconnecting, whether that would be playing a fun board game or relaxing with a good book by the fireplace.
DAY 2: Time to get outdoors as the lush green foliage of the trees begin to change to vivid oranges and yellows. Green Lake comes alive, with color exploding around every corner. Start your day with a round of golf at one of the four area golf courses, or spend the day birdwatching as resident and migrant birds make their way through our area.
For one last glimpse of fall color, catch a bird’s-eye view of the foliage by climbing the 121 stairs up to Judson Tower at the Green Lake Conference Center or step aboard the J. Lawson, Pierless Boat Rentals' 50-foot boat for a sightseeing experience to view Green Lake in all its glory. Make sure to check out the local market where farmers are selling their abundant produce.
Indulge in all that autumn-restaurants selling signature dishes to satisfy your taste buds or create your own culinary masterpiece with a cooking class at Green Lake Town Square or Mill Street Haven.
DAY 3: Warm fall days offer cyclists the opportunity to get out and breathe the fresh lake air before you leave. The varied terrain of the Green Lake area offers biking experiences for every level.

The ice of Green Lake offers skaters the perfect atmosphere for gliding and turning, complete with twinkle lights for skating day or night and a warming hut that houses plenty of free skates to borrow if you don’t already have a pair.
DAY 3: After checkout, a yummy Sunday brunch awaits you at 680 North Restaurant at Tuscumbia Country Club, home to Wisconsin’s oldest golf course.
If you are an outdoor enthusiast, head to Zobel Park for excellent sledding and snowshoeing, cross-country ski on miles of snowy trails on the Green Lake Conference Center grounds, or book a unique guided ice-fishing excursion right on Green Lake.
