1. Remove black painted under run bar. 2. ON MODELS FITTED WITH STAINLESS UNDER RUN BAR: Remove bolts securing the under run bar to vehicle chassis and discard spacer plates. 3. Loosely attach side plates SP to the existing holes in chassis using captive straps CS at the most forward holes with nuts E. 4. Loosely secure side plates SP and stainless under run bar to existing holes in chassis using set screws C and washers WA. Loosely attach angles AN to the side plates SP then to the underside of chassis using remaining set screws C. 5. Attach crossbar CB to the side plates SP using set screws D.(SEE DRAWING FOR CORRECT HOLE FITMENT). 6. Attach type approved towball to crossbar CB using set screws B. 7. Check and tighten all fasteners using a calibrated torque tool to the specified torque settings recommended on the towbar drawing.
