12x100 Bolts, Nuts & Grip Washers 16x50 Set Screws, Nuts & Grip Washers
1. Loosely attach flange neck F using bolts A. 2. Loosely attach type approved towball (not supplied) using set screws G. 3. Tighten all fixings using a calibrated torque tool to the torque settings specified on the towbar drawing.

1. Loosen plastic rear wheel arch linings on each wheel side (this is necessary for easier access). Lower rear exhaust silencer. 2. Remove torque screws along bottom edge of bumper. 3. Undo bolt holding heat shield and ease shield away to uncover two mounting holes in the outer chassis rail (these may have rubber bungs or mastic covering them). Remove any mastic which may obstruct mating process on chassis. 4. Insert set screws C through outer chassis face using washers WA and bushes BU (taking care not to drop bushes into chassis rails). Loosely attach side plates LSP and RSP to inside face of chassis. 5. Manoeuvre crossbar CB into position and loosely attach to side plates LSP and RSP using set screws B. Detachable Neck: Attach to crossbar CB using set screws Z. Swan Neck: Attach to crossbar CB with CPE10 plates (Standard Orientation) using set screws Y & bolts W. Flange Neck: Attach to crossbar CB using bolts A. 6. Attach type approved towball (not supplied) using set screws G. 7. Check and tighten all fasteners using a calibrated torque tool to the specified torque settings recommended on the towbar drawing. 8. Re-attach heat shield, exhaust and fixings to bumper and wheel arches.
