Description
1. Remove the spare wheel and remove the tape from the six mounting points from the rear chassis and back panel of the vehicle. 2. On vehicles with plastic bumpers remove the two bottom bolts holding the bumper and cut out a piece 60mm deep by 70mm wide from the bottom edge. 3. Attach crossbar CB to four of the mounting points using bolts B with washers WA. 4. Attach left angle LA to crossbar CB using set screw C with washer WA. Attach left angle LA to the chassis cross member using bolts B with washers WA. 5. Attach right angle RA to crossbar CB using set screws C with washers WA. Attach right angle RA to the chassis using bolts B with washers WA. 6. Attach centre strut CS to crossbar B using bolts D. 7. Attach type approved towball (not supplied) using set screws A. 8. Check and tighten all fasteners using a calibrated torque tool to the specified torque settings recommended on the towbar drawing.
