1. Remove impact beam from behind bumper, (access is improved if bumper side panels are removed). 2. Insert crossbar CB up inside the bumper and loosely attach to impact beam fixing points using set screws B with washers WA. 3. Loosely attach brackets LB and RB to the vehicle chassis using set screws C and washers WB. 4. Loosely attach brackets LB and RB to the crossbar CB using set screws E with washers WB. Detachable Neck: Attach to crossbar CB using set screws Z. Swan Neck: Attach to crossbar CB using bolts A. Flange Neck: Attach to crossbar CB using Bolts A. Attach type approved towball (not supplied) using set screws G. 5. Check and tighten all fasteners using a calibrated torque tool to the specified torque settings recommended on the towbar drawing.
