1. Remove the bumper (2 plastic clips along bottom edge and 2 screws in each wheel arch). Remove 2 grommets and the bumper beam. 2. Locate two dimples on rear panel and drill out to accept bushes BU approximately 19mm, remove any mastic from the front of the rear panel for better fitting. 3. Insert cage nuts CN and bayonet nuts BN into the chassis and loosely attach left sidearm LS and right sidearm RS using set screws E and B with washers WB & WC. 4. With bushes BU in position, attach crossbar CB to the rear panel and side arms using bolts C and set screws G with washers WA. 5. Tighten and check all fixings using a calibrated torque tool to the recommended torque settings on the towbar drawing. Cut bumper as in drawing detail (trim to suit). Refit the inner bumper beam and bumper. Detachable Neck: Attach to crossbar CB using set screws Z. Swan Neck: Attach to crossbar CB using fasteners A. Flange Neck: Attach to crossbar CB using bolts A then attach towball A50/1 (not supplied) using set screws H. 6. Check and tighten all fasteners using a calibrated torque tool to the specified torque settings recommended on the towbar drawing.
