Description
1. Remove and discard towing eye from the vehicle chassis. 2. Clean out all threaded fixing points using a suitable tool. 3. D40 MODELS: Loosely attach angles RA and LA to the chassis using set scxrews D and washers WA. 4. NP300 MODELS: Loosely attach angles LA and RA together with plates PL using set screws D with washers WA. 5. Loosely attach crossbar CB to the chassis using set screws C. 6. Loosely attach crossbar CB to the angles LA and RA using set screws B with washers WA. 7. Attach flange neck F to the crossbar CB using bolts A. 8. Attach type approved towball (not supplied) to the flange neck F using set screws G. 9. Check and tighten all fasteners using a calibrated torque tool to the specified torque settings recommended on the towbar diagram.
