1.
Remove the 3 piece under tray.
2.
Remove and give to customer the towing eye from the left hand chassis rail. Clean out all threaded mounting points.
3.
Cut off the central lower bumper tag and remove the central fixing bracket.
4.
Loosely attach left plate LP and right plate RP to the threaded mounting points using set screws B with washers WA
5.
Loosely attach crossbar CB to side plates using set screws C.
6.
Check and tighten all fasteners using a calibrated torque tool to the specified torque settings recommended on the towbar drawing.
Detachable Neck: Attach to crossbar CB using set screws Z. Flange Neck: Attach to crossbar CB using bolts A then attach type approved towball (not supplied) using set screws G. 7.
Cut under tray as shown in diagram and refit or do not cut and hand back to customer for future refit.
8.
Check and tighten all fasteners using a calibrated torque tool to the specified torque settings recommended on the towbar drawing.
