Lamp compatibility...

Supernova features the dedicated L1 tp24 cap both on the top and for the sockets. If you want to use Supernova in a B22/BC or E27/ES fitting then you can purchase an L1 adaptor for the top cap, you must still use tp24 L1 lamps within Supernova’s sockets but there is a great LED range available and all tp24 LEDs come with a two year warranty when you register the LED lamp’s serial number online.

What fits inside a standard drum shade?

Even with the compact design of supernova, not all LED lamps combinations can physically fit inside a standard 300mm drum shade, see below for LED lamps that do fit. Alternatively use a larger drum shade.

Supernova is designed to be used with tp24 L1 pendants, however by using a tp24 adaptor you can also use Supernova in regular B22/BC (bayonet cap) and E27/ES (large edison screw) fittings.
