A THANK YOU FROM JUDE

THANK YOU

I just want to say a big thank you to the lovely group of Retail trade customers who joined us recently for the two Focus Groups we ran. We really enjoyed meeting you / seeing some familiar friends again, to hear how you’ve been getting on and to get your feedback about various aspects of Traidcraft. We always welcome the opportunity to meet with our customers, and learn more about your interests and requirements. We know this past 12 months have been particularly difficult for shops and the Retail industry; we are so grateful for all that you have done to keep buying from Traidcraft and for all that you do to spread the important messages of fair trade within your communities. If any other trade customers are interested in joining us for the next focus group gathering, please do get in touch. The more the merrier! Jude

Thanks for the Feedback!

“Thank you very much for the zoom meeting yesterday, I found it very informative and better with the retailers involved.” “Thank you for the retail Zoom meeting on Wednesday. We enjoyed it. The catalogue is great and to have the extra information is good. When we are open our customers do ask sometimes about where things come from or want to know a story behind the product. With the gifts, we label where they come from if we have the information.”

“Thank you so much for yesterday, always good to hear what other retailers say.”

“It was really interesting and good to 'meet' a few different people from other shops. I would be happy to join another forum. I was interested to hear that you are going to be focussing again on producers and their stories which is really important.”

YOU SPOKE, We Listened

In one of the sessions, we asked you about what you’d find useful from us going forward. Many of you suggested more point-of-sale materials. Well, we do aim to please… so we are happy to let you know that our team are currently working on postcard-sized resources for you to download and print out, then display next to products/give our in your shops. These will include information about producers and item specific USPs. Watch this space!
