The start of June 2022 can only mean one thing… it’s the Jubilee Bank Holiday! A four day stretch of celebrations; street parties, fetes, afternoon teas and garden soirees. This really is a moment in time, that we’ll look back on over our lives, remembering where we were, who we were with and how we celebrated.

If you’re lucky enough to be seeing friends and family this Bank Holiday weekend, why not bake them a special fair trade Jubilee cake (see page 10 for recipe)? We assure you that this will be gratefully received by friends and family, especially when you tell them about the impact the fair trade ingredients have on farmers and producers around the world.
