TRAIL BLAZERS GAME PROGRAM • BLAZERDANCER FEATURE
DEBI YEARS AS A BLAZERDANCER: 0
WHAT INSPIRES YOU TO DANCE? Just a genuine love for the sport. It all started when I was an eight-year-old begging my parents to sign me up for a dance class. Before we knew it, I was dancing for over 20 hours a week, and I haven’t looked back since! WHAT ARE SOME LITTLE-KNOWN FACTS ABOUT YOURSELF YOU WANT OTHERS TO KNOW?
IF YOU COULD GIVE ADVICE TO ASPIRING YOUNG DANCERS, WHAT WOULD YOU TELL THEM? Set goals for yourself, and dedicate time each day to your training to achieve them. Let yourself enjoy every step of the process!
• I enjoy traveling • I lived in Florida for a year • I just learned to swim last Spring WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR MOST MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE AS A BLAZERDANCER? So far, making the team – due to a phone malfunction, I didn’t know I was a BlazerDancer for a few hours after the rest of the team was announced. I was lucky enough to get a FaceTime call from the whole team congratulating me! WHAT ARE YOUR HOBBIES? When I’m not dancing, I like to play (and sometimes teach) the piano. I also really enjoy group fitness classes!
