Dear fellow learning leader, We are beyond excited to see you online during the 2021 Training Industry Conference & Expo (TICE)! What a journey the past year has been, as we’ve all pivoted our learning efforts to respond to mass uncertainty and rapid change. We have learned so much from our community of dedicated learning professionals, and can’t wait to experience all that’s in store throughout three full days of learning at TICE. We have carefully defined four comprehensive learning tracks, made up of over 50 breakout sessions, for you to build your personal TICE agenda – ensuring you will find strategies to help you tackle your most pressing learning challenges. We know you won’t be able to attend all the sessions live, so block time in the days and weeks following to watch the on-demand recordings of sessions you weren’t able to attend during the conference! Kicking off each day of TICE, our keynote sessions feature leading innovators in the sphere of learning and development. Join Bruce Tulgan – leadership and performance management expert, Cassandra Worthy – leading expert on change enthusiasm, and Erica Keswin – bestselling author of “Bring Your Human to Work,” as they share strategies for helping people be and do their best. Finally, the past year has made networking and building authentic professional connections more challenging than ever before. At TICE, we’re cultivating a united learning community that supports one another through highs and lows. Whether chatting over a cup of coffee in a morning roundtable or virtually venturing through our exhibition hall, you will foster lasting professional relationships with other industry professionals throughout your TICE experience. In addition to connecting during breakout discussions and roundtables, learning leaders will get to go head-to-head with their colleagues in an authentic JEOPARDY! experience, presented by The Game Agency. Don’t miss this exciting friendly competition – with opportunities to win prizes – on Wednesday, April 28 at 4:00 p.m. EST. Once again, thank you for being a part of our learning community. We can’t wait to learn alongside you during TICE! Sincerely,
