The Tralee walk which is names after Ted Moynihan will start at 10am in front of the Grand Hotel Tralee, the route is Denny Street to James Street, passing Kerins O’Rahilly’s, GAA Club, to Ballyvelly, Lohercannon, straight on to the white wall at the Lock Gates, in the Canal bank to Blennerville Bridge along the Canal bank and into Tralee and refreshments await you at the Grand Hotel.

ABOVE: Mr. Tim Corkery, a cancer surviver and the original founder of the Kerry-Cork Cancer Bus presenting a cheque for 1,400 EURO to Mary Shanahan Secretary Kerry Hospice Foundation and Evelyn Doody KHF. The money raised was from two Tea Dances organised by Mr. Corkery at Our Lady and St. Brendan’s Church Pasteral Centre. On February 5th the door takings raised 59000 EURO, while a September raffle held epecifically for Palliative Care at the end of the last Tea dance on February 19th raised 810-00 EURO.
