Pine Cliffs resides in a breathtaking location on a majestic red cliff top surrounded by towering pine trees and overlooking miles of unspoilt beach. This sprawling resort with fantastic facilities effortlessly creates a magical atmosphere that is firmly family friendly but has enough sports and amenities to keep active couples more than interested.
We highly recommend the newest addition apartment section called the Pine Cliffs Gardens. These gorgeous one, two and three bedroom apartment suites with full Siemens kitchens are located close to the main hotel and the beach. The simply stunning Ocean Suites (luxury apartments) are situated near to the spa and the hotel’s lobby area. These very contemporary one, two and three bedroom Ocean Suites share their own pool and are decked out in sleek muted colours. Ideal for larger groups or families with older children the Pine Cliffs Terraces are composed by two, three and four bedroom contemporary townhouses. These apartments feature glass surrounds, white washed walls and a multi-level infinity pool with wooden decking creating a cool Miami Beachtype vibe. There’s much to keep you entertained including one of Portugal’s original 9-hole golf courses, a golf academy, Annabel Croft tennis academy, Health Club and an indoor pool. The state-of-the-art futuristic Serenity Spa (1,100m2) boasts an impressive thermal circuit, heated indoor pool and focuses on holistic therapies. Last year a cooking school called Mimo Algarve was introduced with a daily packed schedule of family culinary classes, supper clubs and wine tastings. The large range of restaurants mean you can eat in a different place every night. We love Piri Piri with its gourmet meat dishes in a garden setting, or the new Maré Beach Club which takes on an intimate and refined setting in the evenings (seasonal). Accessed by a lift followed by a wooden walkway, the magnificent sandy beach offers a variety of seasonal watersports. The recently revamped children’s village is one of the best in Portugal with a 7000m2 Kids’ Club featuring a playground shaded by towering palms, small go-kart track, two giant wooden pirate ships and a swimming pool.
