ANNUAL
GERMAN MARKET coming to
CARMEL
traveliN HOLIDAY 2017
BY MARIA MURPHY

Strolling through the fresh-air market, a crisp winter breeze blows through the Center Green. Your senses are overwhelmed with the smells of German food, the sight of hand-crafted German treasures, and the sounds of laughter coming off the ice rink. That warm cup of Glühwein and the sounds of the Alphorn add to the experience. Welcome to the Carmel Christkindlmarkt, a new holiday attraction opening November 18 through Christmas Eve in the heart of Carmel’s City Center, nestled between the landmark Palladium concert hall and the Tarkington Theater. The Carmel Christkindlmarkt will feature about 30 wooden huts filled with authentic Germanmade gifts, treats and tastes, sure to harken you back to a more traditional European-style celebration of the season. “Central Indiana has a deep tradition of European influence that is often overlooked today,” said Maria Murphy, Market Master for the Christkindlmarkt. “With this authentic German market, we are bringing the essence of the old world back to the holiday season, giving visitors and residents an opportunity to experience a tradition that dates back to the middle-ages.”
This market provides a truly memorable experience unique from other holiday events in the central Indiana area. Items have been selected specifically for Carmel’s Christkindlmarkt from Germany, where many were handcrafted for the market. They range from reasonablypriced tree ornaments to elaborate creations that will enhance your holiday décor. In between the gifts and the music, you will be pleased to find the flavors of Germany, such as fresh-grilled bratwurst sourced from a local Carmel butcher, popcorn and Lebkuchen, Alpine-style Raclette and European-style baked cheese, fresh-baked German pastries and sweets from a local chef with German roots, and unique German chocolates among other treats. One of the most recognizable German market traditions is Glühwein, a special spiced wine served in a souvenir mug shaped like a boot. The collector mugs will also be for sale separately, so kids can warm up with hot chocolate. The Ice at Center Green adds another outdoor recreational option during the winter months in Carmel. It will be surrounded by the Christkindlmarkt throughout the holiday season. This new outdoor ice-skating rink will provide you and your family the unique opportunity to skate under the stars and among the holiday lights adorning Center Green. Both the Christkindlmarkt and The Ice at Center Green will open Saturday, November 18th at 1 p.m. The market will close Christmas Eve and The Ice will remain open until Sunday, March 11th, weather permitting. Please see website for exact days of operation, times and fees.

In Ferdinand, the castle-like Monastery Immaculate Conception sits atop a hill in the wooded and softly rolling hills of Dubois County. The Sisters of Benedict founded their monastery back in the 1860s and though they have embraced technology and modernity, they also still harken back to traditions too. In their bakery, this heritage is apparent in the cookies they make and sell. At holiday time, the demand for their delicious anise flavored springerle (the sisters created almerles using the same recipe but substituting almond oil for those who don’t like licorice) is intense and they sell almost 3,000 during their peak months. If that doesn’t sound like much, consider this—the cookies are handmade using presses brought by a sister from Germany more than a century ago. Springerles will also be available at the 20th annual Ferdinand’s Christkindlmarkt, based on the Christkindlmarkts which first started in 14th century Bavaria. It was recently voted one of the Top 100 Events in the Nation by the American Bus Association and is held annually on
the third full weekend in November. Christkindlmarkt Eve begins with the arrival of the Christkindl, or Christmas Angel, who appears at the Gothic-style doors of the Monastery’s 87–foot–high domed church. As she sings, children light her way, monks chant, and the Sisters of St. Benedict Bell Choir perform. The market is a cornucopia of authentic Bavarian edibles and holiday goods as well as high quality antiques, pottery, jewelry, wooden toys and much more.

World Christmas events include the Huntingburg Stroll (November 9-12) in the city’s historic downtown featuring carriage rides, carolers, photos with Santa, a lantern launch and cookie walk; and O’Tannenbaum Days, a three-day celebration (December 1- 3), centered around the historic courthouse in downtown Jasper. Special highlights include a 30-foot Christmas tree aglow with glittering lights, horse-drawn carriage rides
through the Victorian-era downtown, carolers and visits with Santa. Many of the stores host free artisan demonstrations of wood-carving, pottery, quilting and butter-churning.
OLDENBURG Still hankering for more German holiday experiences? Check out Holidays Under the Spires in Oldenburg, a very German village in southeast Indiana where the strasses (that’s streets to you and me) are lined with early to mid 19thcentury buildings, several restaurants dating back a century or so, and a population boasting almost 90% Germanic ancestry. Held this year on December 2, try locally made sauerkraut balls, shop at the Oldenburg Holiday Arts and Crafts Fair, enjoy an old-fashioned Cookie Walk and grab a cup of coffee and freshly made pastries and breads at Kessing Haus Café.

In 2010, a Resolution of the Indiana Legislature created “Indiana Artisan” to identify, recognize and promote the state’s highestquality art and foods, and many of these 200 artisans from 57 Indiana counties will be on hand at the 4th Annual Indiana Artisan Holiday Marketplace held at the Grand Wayne Convention Center in Fort Wayne on Saturday and Sunday, November 25 and 26. “It’s a great way to holiday shop because of the wonderful selections available from the best artists and artisans in the state,” says Eric Freeman, Indiana Artisan Director. “There will also be samplings of fantastic chocolates, cheeses, candies, noodles, wine and other food offerings from the state’s food artisans.” New this year at the Holiday Marketplace is their Sunday morning “Sip and Shop,” a private shopping event and chance to talk to the artisans at the Marketplace. That’s not all going on this holiday season in Fort Wayne. On November 22, the annual HolidayFest’s Night of Lights kicks off the celebration with the countdown to illuminate Santa and His Reindeer, the Merry Christmas Wreath, the Northern Lights, and more in the city’s downtown. Also, that evening is the Festival of the Trees, a wow display of over 50 decorated trees and the Festival of Gingerbread—a fantasia of some 100 gingerbread creations sculpted by a wide range of artists from school age children to prominent pastry chefs. Visit Santa at his workshop, listen to the downtown churches ring their bells, and watch the sky light up with fireworks. “Our Holly Trolley Shopping is on November 25— National Shop Small Saturday,” says Frank Howard, Director of Marketing, Environmental & Business Services at Downtown Fort Wayne. The soft flames from oil lamps and candlelight flicker amidst the backdrop of Victorian holiday décor, and wait staff—dressed in the long rustling gowns and tuxedos and top hats of the late 1800s—serve a cornucopia of foods that would have graced the tables in Charles Dickens’ England. This trip to the past is courtesy of the Story Inn, located in Story, an 1851 village tucked along the byways of Brown County. The Inn, which specializes in local and regional cuisine, was once the village’s general store and at Christmas time harkens back to its early roots. The lights are turned off, a classically trained pianist plays holiday songs, and the staff sometimes takes a break to sing a carol or two. It’s the perfect respite from the bustle of the holiday season.

The search is on, the quest underway to discover and create innovative, breakthrough ways to improve human health, sustain our earth and assure global security. “Our researchers are tackling the biggest global challenges, right here in Indiana,” says Tomás Díaz de la Rubia, chief scientist and executive director of Purdue University’s Discovery Park, where the action is taking place. Situated on a 40-acre site on the southwest edge of the West Lafayette campus, Discovery Park features seven buildings with combined space of nearly 300,000 square feet dedicated to state-of-the-art laboratories, research centers and entrepreneurial hubs. “Our unique facilities house the cutting-edge equipment and instrumentation needed to take on some of the most pressing issues facing our world today,” Díaz says. GRAND CHALLENGE RESEARCH At Discovery Park, hundreds from every sector of the university conduct research, collaborate and transfer their findings for commercialization, all to prepare our world for the future.
They often partner with other universities and organizations; and their work is global in scope, including Australia, China, Ethiopia, India, Peru, Nigeria, South Korea and other countries. Research ranges from whole brain imaging to hybrid nanocrystals for biomapping, ecological acoustics, nanoelectronics modeling and using social media to respond during natural disasters. SOLAR SYSTEM SCULPTURE A MUST-SEE In the heart of the park stands the visually dramatic and educational sculpture, Visiting Our Solar System, “VOSS.” It honors Purdue’s deep history with the U.S. space program and alumna Janice Voss, an astronaut who completed five space flights before her death from cancer at age 55 in 2012. Designed by Purdue students in the service-learning program, Engineering Projects in Community Service, and executed by Indianapolis artist Jeff “VOSS” SCULPTURE

xit 76 Antique Mall, just off i-65 in Edinburgh, is known as a “collector’s dream”…but recently it was a “dream come true” for Stephen yoskowitz and Maria Elena aliberti, a couple from Chicago who became engaged right in the middle of the mall in the aisle near Case 108. Nic Nicoson, general manager of Exit 76, worked in secret with Stephen to help plan the perfect proposal. “The couple collects looney Tunes glasses, and they love Exit 76, not only for their success in finding lots of these glasses here, but also because our store is so friendly and clean” says Nic.
engagement II ENGAGEMENT
Nic helped pull off the secret plan by placing the engagement ring in a “Mighty Mouse” glass, considered to be highly collectible, and locking it in the case with other Looney Tunes glasses. Because of its value, Maria Elena spotted the glass immediately in the case, and when Nic pulled it out to show them, Stephen got on one knee, pulled out the ring, and proposed. She said “yes” and they’re now planning their 2018 wedding. Stephen and Maria Elena have collected more than 700 Pepsi Looney Tunes glasses together; in fact, right after the engagement, they found 23 more glasses to buy at Exit 76 Antique Mall. “I love exploring trails
72 76
— especially the trails that wind through Indiana’s amazing state parks. These take me through prairies, woodland, canyons and caves; over dunes and creek beds, around ancient mounds, and along rivers. I find solace and beauty and revelation on these pathways, as well as history and a sense of timelessness. These state park trails have inspired many of my poems, and, nearby shelters have provided sites for my workshops and readings. Maybe what I like best about walking on a trail is what I like best about the process of writing a poem: both activities wake me up to the sacredness of the moment. My favorite state park trail would probably be the one that runs through Rocky Hollow Canyon at Turkey Run State Park. The contours and colors of the rocks are incredible, and I like how sunlight sifts down in the early morning and late afternoon. This trail is a good choice in the heat of summer because it always feels cool in the canyon — as if there’s natural air conditioning.”

“My favorite thing to do in Indiana is to go walk and explore the Canal Walk downtown with my pups (Beebs, Stash and Jax). There is just so much to see and it’s so relaxing. Plus, there are a ton of gorgeous spots for photos!”
eRin edds Jones Co-founder/president of Garden Party Botanical Hard Soda, Indianapolis.
“I am a huge fan of seeing live music, and it’s even better when outside, under the stars. The Lawn at White River is my favorite venue for seeing shows in the city! The venue serves local beer and treats, and the low-rise lawn chairs are complimentary! Make a day of it, and visit the Indianapolis Zoo and White River Gardens, as it’s all within walking distance.”
“My favorite thing to do when gadding about Indiana is to visit museums. in indianapolis, i’m particularly fond of the basement of the World War Memorial, where you can press a button and make a mannequin of abe lincoln talk to you from the back of a simulated train. But goodness knows, you can find museums in any county in the state — and you can’t go wrong exploring any of them. Granted, not every exhibit is riveting, and you might get a little tired of looking at quilts after a while — but i guarantee that, at least once in every museum, you’ll find at least one oddball surprise that’ll have you whipping out your smartphone and snapping photos for evidence. (The taxidermied two-headed calf at the ohio County historical Museum leaps to mind.)”

Within .2 miles of the inn are Chateau Thomas Winery (two words, people: wine slushies), a liquor store, a spa, boutique shopping and home-style hoosier eats. We’re pretty much set for the weekend. The trip is one of the highlights of my summer not only because it’s a fun weekend away with a friend, but also because it’s a slice of summer in indiana. The only thing missing is eating tomatoes right out of the garden.”

Offers Liturgy and Libations in Southern Indiana

When Vince Luecke studied to be a priest as a young man, he never imagined that when he eventually worked at a monastery it would be as a brewmaster rather than as a man
possibilities of abbey breweries, and when it came time for him to open his own brewing operation over a decade later, he approached the Sisters of St. Benedict about his idea to brew
of the cloth. St. Benedict’s Brew Works is a small brewery that operates at the monastery of the Sisters of St. Benedict in Ferdinand, among the low hills of Dubois County in southern Indiana. It’s the only brewery in the United States to be housed on the grounds of a women’s religious community, and the idea might never have gotten off the ground were it not for Vince’s winding career path. He attended nearby St. Meinrad Seminary in the early 1990s and spent a year as a Jesuit novitiate before ultimately beginning a career as a newspaper editor in 1999. Trips to Belgium and Germany in the early 2000s opened his eyes to the
beer at their facility, Monastery Immaculate Conception. After some initial trepidation, the Benedictine order voted to allow the project to move forward. St. Benedict’s Brew Works opened in October 2015, and has already become the local go-to establishment for good craft beer. The heavily German influenced area has taken a liking to Vince’s clean, classic brews, particularly the Sister Mary Kolsch. German businessmen in the area have told Vince his example of the beer—a style native to Köln (Cologne) in southwest Germany—is “spot on.” The sisters themselves occasionally partake of Vince’s libations, with the Sister Betty Blonde being a particular favorite, named after a friendly and energetic nun who was proud to lend her name to the beer. “I don’t like beer, so Vince made me the

Whether you’re seeking beer, prayer, or both, this southern Indiana gem offers a rewarding and peaceful afternoon or weekend. In September, Vince is planning an Abbey Beer Fest, with hopes of introducing the region to the world of monastic beers, both those from established European abbey breweries and from the handful of fledgling American examples. In early December, the brewery will be partnering with the Spencer County Regional Chamber of Commerce to put on the annual Brew Ho Ho beer festival in the aptly named town of Santa Claus, just south of Ferdinand.

While the brewery is only two years old, the monastery itself is celebrating the 150th anniversary of its founding this year. Founded in 1867, the community and efforts of the Sisters of St. Benedict are thriving in the small town of Ferdinand. The group of about 140 nuns work and minister in the surrounding communities, and host retreats and events at the monastery. Like hiking and birdwatching, camping is another activity that many regard as a warm-weather pastime. But primitive camping sites remain available at most state park campgrounds throughout winter, offering full exposure to the elements for hardy, experienced campers. Those campers include Ben Caudell and Jon Thompson. For the past 10 years, the long-time friends have camped together in Indiana in December and February. The key, they said, is good gear and warm drinks. The advantage is fewer people. “In winter, there aren’t people in the campgrounds,” Thompson said. “That’s what is beautiful about it. We can

Chain O’Lakes in Albion, Tippecanoe River in Winamac, Lincoln State Park Potato Creek near South Bend and Indiana Dunes in Chesterton also offer skiing trails, although visitors must bring their own gear. But when it comes to winter recreation, Pokagon is best known for its toboggan run. The refrigerated, dual-track facility drops 90 feet over a quarter-mile. Regardless of weather, the run is open on weekends after Thanksgiving and through February. Thirteen bucks gets you and as many as three friends the use of a park toboggan for one hour. One ride lasts 25 to 30 seconds. The fastest speed recorded was 42 miles per hour. The more weight on your sled, the faster it goes. When the snow falls, many other parks offer traditional sledding too. Fort Harrison, Potato Creek and Indiana Dunes offer sledding hills. Devil’s Slide, a 110-foot hill at Indiana Dunes, is especially popular among sledders, but windy winter storms sometimes blow the snow off the unofficial sledding course. Call 219-926-1390 for conditions. If you still aren’t convinced about a winter state parks visit, remember this—you are unlikely to encounter mosquitos, black flies, poison ivy or crowds. Wabash, Indiana, is a fusion of historic character, world-class entertainment, and fascinating attractions. The town’s alluring art scene, along with boutique shopping and local eateries, add to its appeal. Pride in its historic charm and preservation has lead to many projects, and one of the biggest is currently underway. The renovation of the Eagles Theatre, in the center of downtown Wabash, will not only provide cosmetic and structural upgrades, but will also establish new educational programs to benefit the local and regional community. The stately, four-story red brick Eagles Theatre building first opened its doors in 1906 as a vaudeville theatre, hosting nationally-renowned touring companies who performed exciting shows for audiences from across the region. In its early days, Eagles Theatre held two balconies and seating to accommodate up to 1,200 patrons. Along with the main stage and accompanying INDIANAPOLIS
By the end of the renovation, the structure will boast a fully restored main stage and theatre with dressing rooms and storage space to allow for increased live programming. The second floor will be updated to accommodate state-of-the-art recording and film studios. Third floor classrooms will be designed for multiple uses, allowing for flexible programming opportunities. The basement will hold a second movie screen to showcase films and video projects for public viewings, private screenings, and event rentals. Additionally, the once very grand and ornate fourth floor ballroom will be restored to its former glory as a rentable events space complete with onsite catering kitchen. The floors above the original theatre will accommodate an array of new educational and community programs, all designed to enhance fine arts opportunities available in Wabash and to the larger Northeast Indiana community. theatre seating, the building also boasted storefronts, a basement, 18 offices, 13 dressing rooms, and a large ballroom. As the decades passed, Eagles Theatre wove itself into the social fabric of many generations in Wabash and the surrounding Northeast Indiana region. The upper floors have transitioned in use several times, from a lively grand ballroom for private parties and events, to theatre offices and storage, and at times even apartments for local residents. The main stage later transitioned into a movie theater with the advent of motion pictures, providing entertainment and world news through the use of newsreels. However, the unused spaces fell into disrepair. In January 2010, The Honeywell Foundation acquired the historical building and has completed a number of much-needed upgrades, making the lobby and main stage once again functional for community use as a movie theater and live performance venue.

ON THE MENU Thin crust pizza has always been a staple on Arni’s menu, but their restaurants also serve subs, sandwiches, salads, burgers, pasta, desserts and so much more! Arni’s also owns and operates its own commissary kitchen and distribution company, Linarco Distributing, that supplies food products and supplies to its own restaurants.
For over half a century, Arni’s has been serving fresh and delicious food with a friendly smile. When you come to Arni’s you’re getting more than just a good meal, you’re experiencing one of Indiana’s finest restaurant traditions. Family and friends all gather here to experience the feel-good environment, great service and one of a kind thin crust pizza. Arni Cohen opened the doors to the flagship restaurant in 1965 at Market Square Shopping Center in Lafayette. Originally seating a little over 100 people, within 10 years Arni’s at Market Square was one of the largest restaurants in Indiana. The company is now owned by Arni’s two sons, Brad and Kurt Cohen. During his life, Arni was always described as a “living legend” and known for how great he was with people. Arni had a philosophy to serve great food at a reasonable price, by employees that treat customers with respect, in return, your business will succeed. Even more important was his approach to the community. He believed that if Arni’s took care of the community, the community will in turn take care of you. This philosophy has been a pretty successful one that has helped Arni’s become one of Indiana’s community restaurants and grow to 18 locations throughout the state. With locations throughout Indiana including Lafayette, West Lafayette, Indianapolis, Greenwood, Columbus, Lebanon, Frankfort, Monticello, Rossville, Crawfordsville, Rensselaer, Pine Village, Floyds Knobs and New Albany; you are bound to find a location near you to get all of your Arni’s favorites. Arni’s also offers full shipping of products all over the United States. To have one of Indiana’s finest traditions shipped straight to your door, visit MeetYouAtArnis.com.

PRODUCTS Applejack, Vodka, Gins, Rums, Bourbon Whiskeys, Rock & Rye, and Brandies. TOURS Distillery tours offered daily. Call to schedule a tour!
Starlight Distillery was established in 2001, with brandy distilling. It was a thoughtful decision to produce spirits in the Huber family ¬winery, established in the 1970s. The law allowing distilleries to produce grain-based, in addition to fruit-based, spirits went into effect in Indiana in 2014. The new building addition and distilling equipment were constructed and Starlight began producing grain spirits in 2014. The first full year of production, 2015, included bourbon, malt and rye whiskies, in addition to rum and vodka. The initial releases of bourbon were distilled on a Christian Carl, 80-gallon pot, brandy still. Outside of brandies and gins, Starlight spirits are now distilled on a 500-gallon Vendome pot. The distillery is located in the knobs of Southern Indiana, just a short drive over the Ohio River from Louisville. It sits in the middle of 650+ acres of fruit trees, vineyards, pumpkin patches, strawberries, bramble fruits and vegetables. Whiskey corn is grown on the property, including non GMO heirloom varietals, a red, white and blue.

Perfect for gifting, so you are sure to find the one gift you know they’ll love. TOURS Held at the Auburn Road location at 10105 Auburn Park Drive. Tours are available on Tuesdays at 10am and Thursdays at 1pm. Admission is $5 per person, with each guest receiving a $5 rebate off any purchase of $10 or more.
Growing up in a family deeply involved in the confectionary arts, Cathy BrandBeere began working with chocolate at the age of eight. She always loved the creative process of making fine chocolates, and in 1987, her passion inspired her to open the first DeBrand chocolate shop in her hometown of Fort Wayne, IN. DeBrand makes a vast variety of chocolates, such as various bars and snack items, as well as three very distinctive gift collections: The Classic Collection, The Truffle Collection, and The Connoisseur Collection. The Classic Collection, containing many popular American and European preferences, was created for those who prefer classic favorites made to the highest of quality. The Truffle Collection, composed of indulgent oversized pieces made with the same top quality standards, was designed for those who simply love chocolate (inside and out!). The Connoisseur Collection, a world-class eclectic collection made of unusual taste combinations, was developed for those who seek adventure and perfection in delicately made, truly unique chocolates. There is a special gift box for every chocolate lover at DeBrand—it’s the one gift you know they’ll love! The DeBrand name was derived by adding the French prefix “De” (meaning “from”) to Cathy’s last name, Brand. It reflects the European influences for chocolate excellence that have shaped the company since its beginning. Today, DeBrand employs nearly 100 people with four retail shops in Fort Wayne and a mail order department that ships all over the world and can be ordered on www.debrand. com. In 2010, DeBrand officially launched their Wholesale Division which now supplies products to retailers in all fifty states and beyond. Although DeBrand has grown significantly, Cathy’s intense commitment to produce fine chocolates that are second to none in taste, beauty and presentation always remains the basis for everything they do. Chocolate doesn’t get any better than this! Tour their beautiful corporate headquarters to see chocolatiers in action. You’ll enjoy a short video on the history of DeBrand, the chocolate manufacturing process (cocoa bean to finished product), and the origin of chocolate. You’ll also view the DeBrand chocolate making kitchens where you’ll witness the artisan process involved in making their coveted chocolates. Enjoy many samples along the way and see if you can determine your favorite. DeBrand Tours are a great way for people of all ages to add a little fun and chocolate to their day!

An iconic staple, Triple XXX Restaurant, and its famous root beer, are a household name many Hoosiers grew up with. Established as a Triple XXX Thirst Station in 1929, they were one of 100 across the US and Canada. Today, they are the last remaining one selling the original, pure cane sugar root beer, first made in 1895 by the Galveston Brewing Company. And why the unusual name? Owner, Greg Ehresman, said it refers to a rating, based on quality. One X stood for good, two X’s better, and three X’s the best!
As the second generation of Ehresmans to
own the 87-year old business, Greg and his wife, Carrie, purchased it in 1999 from his parents. They continue the family tradition of providing excellent service, real ingredients, and a hands-on approach not found in fast-food chains. Their signature burgers are made with 100% sirloin, ground daily. Menu items are made from scratch, with no artificial additives. Seasonal outdoor seating has replaced curb service, or you can belly-up to an oldfashioned lunch counter indoors, surrounded by vintage photographs and memorabilia. Gearheads and technophiles will want to book time in their schedules for a guided spin through the vast Toyota Motor Manufacturing Center in Princeton, 30 miles north of Evansville on U.S. 41. After a short introduction at the visitors center (take a gander at the disassembled Tundra pickup hanging from the ceiling), visitors board a tram to check out one of two body weld shops, where hundreds of robots are hard at work spot-welding steel parts amid showers of sparks. From there, the ride stops at the customer satisfaction line where doors, hoods and other body parts are installed, and finally, the assembly shops where cars receive their engines, axles, instrument panels and seats. The 45-minute tours are free and reservations are a good idea; trams only hold 32 people per tour and seats tend to fill up quickly. CANDLES
&so much more Warm Glow Candle Company Midwesterners, Alan and Jackie Carberry created Warm Glow
Candle Company in the basement of their home in 1994. Their goal was to create their vision of a perfect candle. After many tedious months of working with several combinations, they finally accomplished their goal and succeeded in creating a candle that is highly fragrant, long lasting, clean burning, and cost effective. They had a candle they were proud to give the name, “Warm Glow.” The candles became very popular and the business had to expand. The Carberry’s purchased a 15-acre parcel of ground just outside of Centerville, Indiana next to I-70 at ext. 145. The Warm Glow store is a vast area of 22,000 sq.ft. and attached to one of the largest candles in the world. Warm Glow is a shopping mecca and a unique traveling destination. Warm Glow offers over 60 fragrances of candles, home decor, floral, chocolate and gourmet food, bath and body, jewelry, Indiana made wine and so much more. Warm Glow also offers the best restrooms on I-70 and nestled in the center of the store is the Stone Hearth Cafe. This is absolutely a must stop destination!
