This itinerary is perfect if you only have a few days in Namibia and wish to visit the Etosha National Park An overnight mini-safari that focuses on opportunities for incredible game viewing in the Etosha National Park Base yourself on the inimitable Ongava Private Game Reserve that shares a border with Etosha Ongava is roughly 30,000 hectares of pristine wilderness Here, you enjoy privately guided activities on the reserve and can visit Etosha during your stay Activities available at Ongava include guided game drives, hikes on the reserve, and access to a photographic hide. Visit the Ongava Research Centre to learn more about conservation efforts that form the backbone of Namibia’s efforts to sustain and grow its wildlife populations. The itinerary includes charter flights, booked on a per-seat basis, and high-end accommodation at Ongava Lodge

FlyNamibia Safari operates scheduled flights between Windhoek and Etosha every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday

Luggage Restriction - Weight 20kg maximum, including hand luggage, camera equipment, etc
Luggage Dimensions - Soft duffle bag with no internal or external structure, with no retractable handle or wheels (62cm L x 30 cm H x 25 cm W)

ITINERARY DAY-TO-DAY
DAY 01
Windhoek - Etosha
Transfer to Hosea Kutako International Airport to check in for the FlyNamibia Safari flight to Ongava Game Reserve. The flight departs HKIA at 09:40 and arrives at Ongava at 10:40. You’ll be met by a driver at the Ongava airstrip and transferred to the lodge, where the friendly staff will welcome you Enjoy the breathtaking views of the waterhole, where a constant stream of animals gathers to drink while you savour your lunch Relax after lunch before joining a guide for the afternoon game drive on the reserve Return to the lodge for dinner Your meals will be served in the main dining area under thatch or on the dining deck under the stars Photographers have access to a photography hide
(As small charter aircraft only permit soft bags, any hard cases will be securely stored in Windhoek during your safari, if required).

FI rate includes accommodation, all meals, twice daily scheduled camp activities, park fees, laundry, Namibian VAT, Tourism and Sustainability Levy, and local drinks (excludes premium imported brands and champagne).
DAY 02
Ongava Reserve
Breakfast Join a morning game drive with a knowledgeable guide Afterwards, unwind at the lodge before enjoying lunch You will be transferred to the airstrip for your flight back to Hosea Kutako Airport Transfer back to Windhoek or check in for your onward flight.
