Night bus to Pucรณn

Day 1

Curarrehue 5 Days / 4 Nights Program Laguna Trapial: Through the trail to the Trapial Lagoon viewpoint, we will cross the Temperate Rainforest discovering Copihues, the Chilean national flower.

Artisanal tanning: We will meet a craftsman who will share with us the process of working with leathers of sheep and cows. We will enjoy lunch at Anita Epulef's restaurant.

Traditional orchard and walk in the woods: A seed caregiver will show us her vegetable garden, where the vegetables and greens that we ate at lunch comes from. Then we will walk through the Rainy Temperate Forest identifying the different species of native trees. We will return to our accommodation for dinner and rest.

Day 2

DAY 2

Farmer’s Breakfast & Andean Lagoons: To start this day, nothing better than a traditional farmer lunch, with organic products, and local cuisine. We will discover the Carilafken lagoon at the Lanin volcano’s foot while we enjoy the roquin (in Mapudungun food for the road). We will see and admire the volcanic beauty of the area, enjoying a panoramic view of the nearby mountain ranges. We will walk through this trails inserted in the Villarrica National Park. We will be back at sunset in our lodging, where we will have time to share the stories of the day while we enjoy a delicious dinner.

Ancestral art: In the area of LoncoďŹ lo, we will visit an ovine farm where we will know the artisan work of the wool fabric.

Mapuche worldview: With the Longko of the community Camilo CoĂąuequir Lloftonekul we will know more aspects about this culture while we wait to enjoy a delicious and traditional lunch.

Handmade soaps and agroecological orchard: We will visit a workshop on handmade soaps made with honey, with exquisite texture. Then, we will know an agroecological garden of seed protection, where we will learn more about this activity.

Day 4

DAY 4

Ancestral medicine: During the morning, and after an exquisite breakfast, we will have an ancestral Mapuche medicine talk with a collection observation trail.

Seed collection and reforestation: After lunch, we will walk around the place to collect seeds, as well as we will also have the opportunity to participate in the reforestation of the native forest.

Hot springs: In the afternoon we can relax in the hot springs of the area or participate in an activity of arborism. At the end of the day we will return to close the day with a replenishing dinner.

Breakfast: For the last day, we will start with an exquisite peasant breakfast and thus have strength for the return trip.

Farewell: We ďŹ nished this experience in Pehuenche territory, we will return to PucĂłn where we will have the rest of the day to walk around the town. By night we will take the bus back to Santiago.
