Day 1
Quinquen 4 Days / 3 Nights Program To Quinquen: Lonquimay will receive us with a delicious typical breakfast. Then, we will go to the Pehuenche community of Quinquen.
Kelu Trufken trail: With Alex, the local guide, we will go into the mountains and ancient forests of the community, listening to stories of how the Pehuenche people have lived in these lands for long years.
Lunch and MatetĂşn: On our way back, we will recover our bodies with a typical Pehuenche lunch, and our spirits with an unforgettable conversation with one of the Elders of the community. During the night, we will stay at local families accommodation.

Day 2
DAY 2

Mountain life: We will wake up early to do farm work: to feed animals, collect chicken eggs and walk around learning about the typical Pehuenche livelihood.
Los CĂłndores trail: Watching the landscape conformed by GalletuĂŠ lake and Batea Mahuida volcano is a real spectacle. With our local guide, we will hike through this light trail and enjoy the wonderful views and stories about the area.
Free afternoon: We can enjoy this afternoon surrounded by the peaceful environment, walk at our own pace and if we wish, go out horse riding.

Day 3
DAY 3

Ad Mahuida trail: This trail has been specially prepared to know the forest and the spiritual beings that dwell in this mountains. Araucaria, Lenga and Ă‘irre trees will be our partners through this beautiful hike.
Weaving and spinning workshop: We will participate in a wool spinning and weaving workshop, guided by a woman of the community. The wool here is completely natural, and they try to use only natural ďŹ bers for dyeing.

Kapura Kurra Trail: As a grand finale, we will traverse through this trail that will take us through Lenga trees forests and we will get a unique view of the Quinquén valley.
Pehuenche Lunch: On our way back, we will enjoy the last lunch, hoping it gives us energies so we can get back home.
Bus back to Lonquimay & Santiago: In the afternoon, we will be transferred back to Lonquimay to walk around town. During the evening, get a bus back to Santiago (in comfortable reclining seats), arriving the next morning. (Optional: you can stay more days, in Quinquén you will always be welcomed).
