Year-after-year we have great participation from builders as consumers continue to visit homes in all of our neighborhoods during the Triangle Parade of Homes weekends.” Caruso Homes has three homes entered in this year’s Parade: the Norman plan in Fuquay-Varina’s Woodland Springs neighborhood where homes start in the $300,000s; the Hudson plan in Raleigh’s Olde Mill Trace neighborhood where homes start in the $480,00s; and the Beaufort plan in Cary’s Sequoia Creek, where homes start in the mid-$500,000s. Jeff Logsdon, 2019 President of the HBA of Raleigh-Wake County has been participating in the Parade every year since 2012. Logsdon, says, “There has been a high level of cooperation between the two local home builders’ associations that host this Parade of Homes event. This cooperation will bene-

fit both our members and, more importantly, the viewing public. “This year’s attendees will see a more seamless stream of information and mapping than ever before, which will lead them to a wide range of exciting new home designs and ideas all across the Triangle,” says Logsdon, who is also owner/president of Hearthstone Luxury Hoes, doing business as Arthur Rutenberg Homes of the Triangle. Another builder in many Triangle neighborhoods is Ashton Woods, which opened for business in the Triangle in 2010, and has been participating in the Triangle Parade of Homes since 2011, according to Anna Wilson, marketing manager for Ashton Woods. “It’s such a delight being able to share our homes with those who visit us throughout the year,” Woods says, “but there is

always that special buzz during the Parade of Homes weekends. The level of participation we offer in each of our homes provides such great inspiration to all who walk through our doors.
