At Trident we are able to provide a number of hoarding production options including our new Board-Hoard Digital system, one of the most economical and fully recyclable signage materials available on the market today; enabling us to print directly onto the Ply panel. The result is a brilliantly sharp quality print hoarding offering full bespoke branding and advertising instantly in place. To enable you to benefit from this Board-Hoard Digital system once you purchase the land, we have the ability to install using plain stock panels to initially secure the site and then replace with the printed panels once the sales branding has been finalised at a later date. We also provide high quality aluminium composite hoarding panels for when a site already has the wooden hoarding structure in place, or external grade Foamex and Correx options are also available – all of which can be designed and planned to accommodate any budget requirement that is needed.

FLOOR AND SITE PLANS “Bringing your scheme to life.“ One of our tasks is to ensure the site plan portrays a real sense of the development area. Our creative team produce a graphic representation of the development site plan illustrating access roads, the arrangement of plots and plot types including driveways, parking areas and landscaping. This enables clear orientation for the purchaser and portrays an accurate representation of the development in its entirety. We use a variety of techniques, including the latest state-of-the-art computer programmes and graphic design systems. Site and floor plans are produced in 2D or 3D in order to generate an accurate impression of scale and layout, thus enabling the buyer to visualise the property in its surroundings more clearly. Detailed floor plans illustrate specific plots or plot types, including room layouts and dimensions, access areas, plus any appropriate fixtures and fittings. With our experience we are able to add indicative scaled furniture to the floor plans which displays the potential ergonomic use of space within the accommodation. All Trident needs to produce the site and floor plans are the latest set of CAD files for the development - then we can take care of the rest.

COMPUTER GENERATED IMAGERY (CGI) “Bringing your scheme to life.“ Trident Marketing’s highly skilled CGI artists produce amazing results on projects and offer a wide range of architectural visualisation services including exterior and interior imagery, flythrough animations and virtual tours. We help our clients sell their properties by creating extremely detailed, photorealistic visuals which accurately showcase properties in their actual settings. For our clients’ developments, CGI is most commonly used at the start of the project’s marketing to encourage ‘off-plan’ interest and pre-sales. CGI can be used from the outset on hoardings and signage, in the marketing suite and online before and during the build process. FLY-THROUGHS & ANIMATIONS “Visual Representations.“ Even before the groundwork has begun on your site, the Trident team enables you to take potential buyers on a guided tour of the scheme, showcasing actual visual representations of how the completed development will look. The tour can display external and internal replications of any element of the development, giving the viewer a very realistic and complete picture of each property, as if they were physically there. CASE STUDY Stratford Riverside Development The Brief The initial brief was to create a name and brand identity for our client’s latest flagship building development in Stratford, London. The branding was to reflect the high specification and modern building development and its location. Once branding had been developed and approved by our client; Trident were to design and produce all of the sales and marketing literature, including the design and installation of the sales suite, culminating in organising a property exhibition in both Hong Kong and Singapore.
Branding Sometimes the name comes first, then the branding follows. On this specific project the naming and branding proposals were developed simultaneously, enabling Trident’s creative team to explore and brainstorm a vast range of ideas. Trident carried out in depth research including visiting the site location and surrounding areas to really understand the developments unique selling points for the potential buyer.

A range of branding concepts were designed and to best demonstrate our final selection, we produced actual machine proofs of the brochure covers, including a range of materials and finishes. In addition, we produced scaled hoarding visuals on di-bond signage material. This enabled us to present our ideas to our client as true to life as possible. Once a design was chosen, the Trident team could work their magic in creating engaging sales and marketing literature.

Photography Pictures can say more than words – it was vital that the images that were used within the sales and marketing literature conveyed the property and the lifestyle that it could offer potential buyers, particularly as the property had to appeal to both the UK and Far East property buyer market. We completed 3 days of location and site bespoke photography, as well as aerial drone photography and full HD filming in allocated key areas, to ensure a vast selection of images were available.
CGI & Augmented Reality (AR) Our in-house team produced photomontage computer generated imagery to set the development into real world conditions as well as producing internal computer generated animations of key apartment types, including the developer’s signature choices range and interior design. Floor plans for the 27 floors and a site plan was also created as well as external animation footage which was matched in the HD filming to create a stunning sales and promotional showreel.

Augmented Reality (AR) is a cutting-edge technology that was also applied to the project. It offers potential home-buyers the chance to view the development in 3D through their mobile device or tablet wherever they are in the world. Not only can apartment buildings be viewed in 3D, they can also be viewed at any angle depending on the viewer’s positioning of their mobile device or tablet, making it an engaging and interactive experience.

Digital & Printed Media The Trident team designed and printed an impressive sales brochure integrating the AR technology, bespoke photography, CGI’s and copy writing. Adverts were designed to be included in publications both in the UK and overseas as well as a website, mailings, email campaigns and web flashes.
Sales Suite The Trident team designed and installed a bespoke sales suite to market the UK pre-launch of the development with a time restraint of just 4 days! Trident ensured that the design was carefully considered to best showcase the property development and was able to create a bespoke media console cabinet to house a touch screen TV, as well an acrylic panel which was a vertical augmented reality marker to work with our clients’ Virtual World app, able to show a vertical model of the property development building to allow for full client interaction. We also included a fret cut mirrored logo and LED lit acrylic panels. All the internal walls as well as the external face of the sales cabin were covered in black matt vinyl and the windows included frosted etched vinyls.

Far East Exhibition The overseas exhibition was designed and produced including LED illuminated exhibition graphics with an integrated television to play the location and introduction showreel. We also designed and produced a micro-website for the development as well as promotional USB sticks and carrier bags. Trident Marketing were responsible for arranging the complete consignment of exhibition graphics, sales material and site development model to be collected from the UK and delivered to Hong Kong. A member of our team was there to ensure that the exhibition arrived on time and was set up, ready for our clients to arrive and sell their properties. The exhibition was then dismantled and shipped to Singapore, where again, we ensured that it was set up and ready for our client.

All elements of the project were delivered on time and on budget and the Far East property exhibition resulted in a total of 108 units sold out of a total of 162. CASE STUDY Development Branding - Cripps Developments The Brief We were asked to create a new brand identity for a seaside property development based in Lowestoft. This would include development logo, brochure design, regional adverts and site signage. Much consideration was given to the purchaser demographic due to the type of buildings and its locality.
Branding We carried out in depth research for the project and presented the client with a range of brand identity visuals, this included brochure layouts, full page and half page advert designs and proposed site signage designs. Upon discussion with the client, a design was chosen. The cover design was image led; the dramatic photograph creates an atmospheric ambience reflecting the developments seaside location.
Photography With the chosen design in place; we then arranged a day of location photography. We ensured that all photography contained within the clients marketing’ material was bespoke and representative of the developments location. With the images in place, we then created the copy that would be contained within brochure, this had to be tonally engaging yet informative.

Print Once the client had approved the brochure design, the artwork went to print. The brochure was printed in a 4 colour process; the 4 page cover onto 400gsm and the inner pages onto 200gsm high grade uncoated white paper. It was then trimmed, folded, stitched and packaged for delivery to the client. The finished brochure exudes quality and instantly reflects the developments characteristics.
Advertising & Signage The next stage was to create a half page and full page advert along with the site signage. These had to reflect the design of the brochure, ensuring there was continuity throughout the entire marketing campaign. In addition a 2440mm x 1220mm, 4 colour process, 3mm aluminium composite panel sign was created and installed by our installation team.
Result The finished result was a stunning brochure, advert and sales signage backed up with a strong brand identity that will stand the test of time. This success is testament to Trident Marketing’s extensive experience in the Property Marketing Sector and designing and producing sales and marketing materials that exceed expectations. CASE STUDY Development Branding - Clayland Developments The Brief Working with a new client - a regional property developer; we were asked to devise a sales brochure for The Wildflowers development. This would also include the creation of 11 unique computer generated house types to showcase the beautiful properties on offer.
Branding The identity of the cover and logo had to adhere to the characteristics of the buildings as well as compliment the location of the development in the heart of the Norfolk countryside. We created 4 cover visuals that best reflected this and presented them to the client.
CGI Creation The next challenge was to create 11 bespoke computer generated images. Each house type had a different flint, render or brick work exterior and various characterful features which had to be created virtually, ensuring that each individual home was a realistic representation of what was being built. The Project Due to the locality of the development, a great deal of time was spent copyrighting and researching the area to ensure that the potential purchaser was made aware of what the area had to offer, this included all routes to and from the development, local attractions and amenities. We printed 1,500 brochures that were 340mm x 240mm onto a high quality uncoated paper which resulted in a textured and luxurious feel. Colour matching to a colour calibrated digital proof ensured the finish was exactly as intended.
Result We utilised our extensive knowledge of each production process from design to lithographic printing and specialist finishing through to CGI, location research, map and floor plan creation. This resulted in the completion of another successful project.

CASE STUDY Company Branding - Astris Homes The Brief We were asked to create a modern corporate brand for a new property developer, currently based in East Anglia. The key objective was for it to be modern, fresh and eye-catching in style.
The Project After carrying out in-depth research into the market we finalised a list of possible names. We presented a range of 4 logo options for the client to choose from, showing how the brand would work across various platforms including hoarding, web, advertising and stationery. The chosen company name ‘Astris Homes’ combined with a vibrant identity has resulted in a strong, professional corporate brand. The logo is bold and modern in colouration offering versatility across a range of media and longevity within the market. The eye-catching logo will in time become instantly recognisable by potential home-buyers. The complimentary corporate strapline ‘Homes that revolve around you’, is appropriate to the company’s core value and client focused approach as well as having an association to the circular logo. We have now designed a website for Astris Homes alongside corporate stationery, advertising and site signage. CASE STUDY Development Branding - Grand Central The Brief The initial brief was to create a contemporary name, brand identity and marketing collateral for our client’s latest development in Cambridge.

The branding had to reflect the high specification and location of the development, as well as appealing to target markets both in the UK and overseas. In-depth research was carried out in order to generate a range of suitable names.
Branding The next stage was creating logos for a selection of shortlisted names. To give the client a feel for each brand, cover designs and brochure spreads were presented. After much debate the development name of Grand Central was chosen; we felt it was befitting for such a development and had a prestigious feel from the offset. We then went on to apply the Grand Central branding to all of the marketing materials required; this included brochures, print and web advertising, promotional video, promotional bags, USB sticks and exhibition graphics.

Photography The development had to appeal to both the UK and overseas property markets and it was paramount that the images used within the sales and marketing literature portrayed the development and the lifestyle that it could offer prospective buyers, giving a comprehensive overview of what Cambridge has to offer. We completed two days of location and site photography, including aerial drone photography and HD filming. This guaranteed a vast selection of images were available and also provided elements for the promotional video we later went on to create.

Computer Generated Imagery Our in-house team produced a selection of daytime and dusk external computer generated imagery, which covered the range of apartments, duplexes and houses available at Grand Central. Interior CGIs were also produced; detailed research into current interior design trends was carried out in order to create visuals that had a modern and fashionable feel. Our CGI team were also involved in the production of interior and exterior animations which were used in the promotional video presented at the overseas exhibitions. To give the animations a truly life-like feel, moving vehicles and people were introduced.

Digital & Printed Media The Trident team designed and printed 3,000 sales brochures integrating the bespoke photography, CGI’s, floor plans, site plan and copywriting. The brochure was treated with spot UV varnish and also had a beautiful gold foil block on the cover. The team was also responsible for the design and production of adverts to be included in publications in the UK, Hong Kong, Kuwait and Singapore along with mailings, email campaigns, web advertising and exhibition graphics.

The team managed property exhibitions for Grand Central in three consecutive locations in both the Far and Middle East – Singapore, Hong Kong and Kuwait. The complete exhibition stand consisted of nine LED backlit illuminated acrylic panels with an integrated television playing a promotional video showcasing the development’s location along with internal and external computer generated animations to provide potential buyers with a feel of the development both inside and out. This was complemented by the use of a scaled model which was also transported to the majority of overseas exhibitions. Along with all of the marketing items; Trident Marketing have also taken care of the logistics and shipping of the complete event, taking all the necessary steps to ensure that the various consignments were delivered on time and by the most costeffective means.

Two members of the Trident team flew out to Singapore to set up the first stage of the exhibition and to oversee the event, the entire exhibition was then dismantled and shipped to Hong Kong and re-set up by the Trident team. The final stage saw the Trident team split the exhibition consignment so that just the architectural model was sent to the Kuwait exhibition. Our design team created artwork for a pre-existing modular exhibition graphic system already in Kuwait, and sent the artwork directly to the supplier in Kuwait to get the graphics produced due to tight time restraints and providing a more cost-effective option.
The Result Trident Marketing is delighted to report that the complete Grand Central property project has been a great success. All elements of the project were delivered on time and on budget and the overseas property exhibitions resulted in a total of 54 units sold out of a total of 135.

CASE STUDY Development Branding - Precision The Brief Trident Marketing recently undertook a major landmark development project for Weston Homes. The housing site featured over 200 homes spread across four buildings comprising one, two and three bedroom apartments and duplexes. We put together a comprehensive marketing strategy for the scheme and were successful with our pitch.

As part of our approach we undertook the creation of the brand including the naming of the site and logo generation, all research about the area including the sites historical past, design and production of the sales brochure, photography, computer generated image creation, location filming and motion graphics, advertising and sales exhibitions both in the UK and Asia to generate potential buyers and increase off-plan sales.

We generated a range of applicable names for the new site based on the type of development and its target market and links to the history of the area. Together with the client the name Precision was selected, the name is derived from its link to GMT, the precision of the Greenwich Mean Time. A modern and contemporary logo was designed using the iconic skyline of Greenwich and London including the O2 Arena, Canary Wharf and National Maritime Museum.

Brochure Due to the size and prestige of Precision, it was proposed that a 100 page brochure would be produced to best showcase the development. This allowed a great deal of space being dedicated to the location of the site and all that Greenwich has to offer as well as delving into the rich history of the area. Our skilled team of researchers and copywriters put together a thorough document which was utilised in the brochure as well as other marketing materials. Cleverly designed into the brochure was the use of four ‘throwout’ pages which allowed for the plot locators of the each of the four buildings to be seen whilst the floorplan pages were being viewed allowing the customer to easily find the locations of the apartments in relation to other apartments and floors. 2,500 brochures were printed consisting of a 350gsm silk cover paper which was then matt laminated to give it a high quality feel, with spot UV coating throughout on the 170gsm inner pages and a unique pearlescent spot to the logo on the outer cover to give it a metallic quality and add intrigue. The brochures was thread sewn and bound to add rigidity and longevity to their life.

Photography Inspirational location photography was commissioned of the local area. Imagery is one of the most important elements in sales and marketing literature, it can help potential buyers gain an understanding of the development, local sites of interest and the lifestyle on offer.

Computer Generated Imagery Our in-house team produced eight stunning images of the buildings in situ with their actual surroundings. All of the internal images included decoration designed in-house with inspiration taken from contemporary trends and the colour scheme of the external cladding.
Animation Precision - Canary Wharf
Seven animations were produced to promote the development. Two of the external animations were camera matched into real footage. The footage was filmed for these sequences using a one man aeroplane and a remote controlled drone. This real footage of the site and the 3D footage of the CGI where composited together using Adobe After Effects. To bring the other three external animations to life we incorporated 3D animated people and greenscreen footage.

An extensive advertising scheme was implemented to simultaneously promote the development in the UK, Hong Kong and Singapore, the three locations the development was exhibiting in. A mix of newspaper adverts, electronic mailers, online adverts and postal advertising were sent out with a consistent message and branding across all.

Exhibitions Organisation and efficiency was key when it came to the exhibitions for Precision. The worldwide launch of the development took place at the famed Cutty Sark in Greenwich. The exhibition featured specialist TV walls, an architectural model of the buildings and a lighting scheme in addition to the nine panel exhibition stand and general dressing of the space. Due to the location of the launch, an extremely tight time frame was given for set-up and break-down of just three hours for both. Once the UK launch was complete, all of the individual elements used in the exhibition were packaged and shipped to Hong Kong and then Singapore for two further exhibition launches over two consecutive weekends. Trident were able to organise everything from the consignment shipping, full venue liaison, event management with different sales teams in each country and set-up and breakdown at each location. No small feat by any means.

The overall marketing scheme was extremely successful with over 35 properties reserved across the three exhibition venues and a large number of interest and awareness of Precision. We are already looking forward to working on the next landmark project for Weston Homes so stay tuned!
