Tony LeVoi Vauxhall Showroom Romford Client Project Project Project
Architect Period Value
Tony LeVoi Vauxhall Bisset Adams 8 months ÂŁ1,500,000
This project was completed from the ground up, with the complete design and build fit-out of the brand new Vauxhall Showroom in Romford. The stunning new showroom and offices were built on a beam and pad foundation with a steel frame and curtain walling, creating the perfect setting to feature Vauxhall motors and for staff to interact with clients in an open, relaxed environment with featured lighting and air conditioning. In addition to the new showroom area we were also involved with the refurbishment works to the existing first floor offices and the ground floor parts department, service reception and additional workshops.
All areas were stripped out and refurbished into two new welfare canteens, parts store, a new boardroom and data room.

Crown House, Crown Street Ipswich Client Project Project Project
Commercial Estates Architect Dovetail Period 26 weeks Value ÂŁ2,000,000
We worked on and completed this stunning project, designing and building a new entrance extension as well as refurbishments to common areas and offices in Ipswich, Suffolk. The project included designing a new steel skeletal frame structure to create a light and inviting corporate reception area to the building.
Feature bulkheads and coffers were formed with strip LED lighting to cleverly conceal air conditioning units. Impressive luxury finishes included a polished plaster feature wall, decorative pendant lighting and a bespoke Corian and aged brass reception desk.
In conjunction with the major re-modelling of the reception area we also completed the refurbishment of the common areas, toilets to four floors and offices throughout the building. Crown House now has vibrant and dynamic spaces which are full of character.

57 - 63 Church Road Wimbledon Client Project Project Project
Marchmont Architect Helme & Partners Period 12 weeks Value ÂŁ785,000
We secured the contract for a design and build project for the interior and exterior refurbishment of an office development in the heart of Wimbledon Village. The project involved the complete strip out of internal walls and finishes over three floors, including the re-fit of new finishes to remodel these offices into bright, fresh and open spaces.
We were also involved in the M&E design for the project, including new heating, lighting and AC installation.
Bespoke glazed screens and conservation paving were used to create a quadrangle on the first floor. A beautiful outside space for some fresh air.

Shopping Centre WC’s Brent Cross Client Project Project Project
Hammerson Ltd Architect Workman Period 9 weeks Value ÂŁ850,000
Works on this project involved the complete strip out of male and female WC areas in addition to disabled and baby changing areas. We refurbished the newly stripped out areas with new cubicle installation as well as the associated M&E services, including the electrical installation of LED modular lighting and LED feature lighting to the mirrors and wash troughs. The aim was to create very high quality and modern WC facilities for our client. We achieved this by using high specification glass cubicles and panelling, along with high standard infra-red wash stations, porcelain tiles to the walls and floors and solid stone wash troughs throughout.
As part of the contracted works we created two disabled WC areas including complete re-configuration in order to comply with Part M of building regulations.
