CLASS DESCRIPTIONS Aqua Bootcamp: High intensity full body water workout, guaranteed to work your body to its limit! It is not your typical Aqua class, so come along to Aqua Bootcamp if you are prepared for a hard workout. Suitable for all fitness levels. You do need to be able to swim confidently in deep water.

Outdoor Bootcamp: Take the exercise outside. Rain, shine, snow, whatever……we are ready to workout! This class is designed to work all fitness levels, pushing you to the max with cardio, strength and endurance skills helping you hit your goals. This class will have you working as a team, in pairs and on your own.

Aquacise at the Mounts: Pool based class for customers with a disability or a mobility condition.

P90X: is a total-body, cardio, and strength-training class that uses body weight as well as dumbbells or weight plates. Each workout brings a new challenge, so instead of hitting plateaus, you keep getting fitter with each class you attend! P90X LIVE incorporates strength training, the lean muscle you’ll build will supercharge your metabolism to help you burn more fat, even while you sleep! Each workout can be modified to accommodate a wide range of fitness levels and abilities.

Aqua Zumba: Splash your way into shape with an invigorating low-impact aquatic exercise. Aqua Zumba® blends a workout that’s cardio-conditioning and body toning. Body Blast: A 20 minute high intensity circuit class, focusing on Cardio, core strength and stamina. A real test of will.

FREE Cinema & Off Peak Racket Sports

DANCEfit: A complete fat burning cardio-vascular workout to the latest fusion of dance moves and energetic music.

Tabata: A high Intensity interval workout. This class will burn fat and increase cardio fitness fast.

GRIT Strength: Team training session that blast all major muscle groups, building strength and lean muscle.

TaeBo: Incorporates martial arts techniques of the kicks from tae kwon do and the punches of boxing in a rapid cardio work out.

GRIT Plyo: Combines plyometric principles and power agility training resulting in building power, speed, stamina and endurance. GRIT Cardio: High impact cardio workout maximising the calorie burn helping you burn fat for longer. H.I.I.T20/H.I.I.T45: High Intensity Interval Training, intense, fast and furious workout, increasing speed, strength and agility whilst shedding body fat fast.
