Funzone and our live show from Steve the Magician are available to book right now. For all other activities Trilogy Junior Active members and Leisure card holders can book from 8am, 8 days in advance and non-members from 8am, 5 days in advance. All our activities are booked on a first come, first serve basis and payment is required upon booking. See individual activities for details on our prices. So why not entertain the kids for a whole day with one of our sports activities, some swimming and a kids screen film at The Forum. HOLIDAY SWIM CRASH COURSES Improve your confidence and ability in the water with Trilogy Swim School Crash Courses. All our holiday swim crash courses are FREE to Junior Active members. Beginners

This is a brilliant way to experience our Trilogy Swim School programme and get you started on your journey into weekly lessons. Skill Level: need to be confident in the water without parent/guardian. Age 4+

TRY STAGE 2

INTRODUCTION TO DEEP WATER

Helps you overcome any fears with swimming out of your depth. These fun lessons will work on treading water, jumping in, floating, submerging, entrance and exiting building your confidence to be able to swim in deep water Skill Level: Stage 3+ - be able to swim 15m of any stroke.

Designed to help students progress from Swim England Stage 1 to Stage 2 by building confidence in the water. Work on improving coordination and introduction of recognised strokes. Skill Level: Stage 1 - confident submerging, be able to travel without aids. Be able to blow bubbles in the water.

BACKSTROKE IMPROVERS

FRONT CRAWL BREATHING

Water Fun

Work on your breathing technique, improve stamina, coordination and help to achieve the technique required to achieve distance badges. Skill Level: Stage 3+ - a recognisable front crawl arms and legs technique. Be able to swim 15m of any stroke.

Come and try our new variety pack of swimming fun activities. Including lifesaving, water polo, synchronised swimming, personal survival and more. Skill Level: Stage 4+ - be able to swim 25m of at least 3 recognised strokes. Confident in deep water.

BREASTSTROKE IMPROVERS

WATER FUN JUNIOR

In deep water you will work on your coordination, timing, starts and turns. All skills needed to develop and improve your breaststroke. Skill Level: Stage 3+ - be confident in deep water. A recognisable breaststroke arm and leg action. Be able to swim 15m of any stroke.

You will work on your coordination and skills needed to develop and improve your backstroke Skill Level: Stage 3+ - a recognisable backstroke arms and legs technique. Be able to swim 15m.

Come and try our new variety pack of swimming fun activities for juniors. Including Fun and games using floats, toys and songs all to encourage your child to enjoy the water. Skill Level: need to be confident in the water without parent/guardian. Age 4+

Available at: Danes Camp, Lings Forum and Mounts Baths Suitable for all ages, ratio of two children under 8 per accompanying adult. The flume at Danes Camp will operate during this session.

DISCO SPLASH Available at: Danes Camp

Fun swim session with the latest tunes every Friday night for 8-16 year olds.

FAMILY FRIENDLY SWIM Available at: Danes Camp and Mounts Baths

A chance for families to spend some swim time together. All children must be in the water with an adult and only two children under the age of 8 per adult. The flume at Danes Camp does not operate during this session.

Available at: Lings Forum For families with children 0-16, a chance to have fun on our aqua run and slide for the older ones and shallow water themed inflatables for the little ones. Suitable for all ages, ratio of two children under 8 per accompanying adult.
