Middle/Upper School Athletic Training

Athletic Development Training—Essential for All Athletes

Athletes need to be developed. Expecting them to “just be ready” or to get in shape during season is preparing them to fail. No other program will prepare your athlete for his or her future in sports at TCA better than the summer program at TCA with Motive8 Athletics. All athletes need self-confidence, development and “know-how” to safely prepare to perform. Skill is essential, but the speed and strength at which those skills are executed determines the level of play. Summer Athletic Development Training gives athletes the best opportunity to learn, develop and master safe, technically sound training practices. Athletes will make tremendous improvements in athleticism and fitness while gaining confidence in a fun, safe environment with peers. They will be better prepared for their sports and learn principles that will serve them well long after the summer.

Pricing Format: Come as much as you can all summer for $250. The goal is to get all athletes training throughout the entire summer! Come often and bring friends.
