A NOTE FROM OUR PRESIDENT Happy Holidays Team TRINITY! What an amazing, fast year it has been! Thank you ALL for your continued hard work, commitment to TRINITY, and focus on Safety. TRINITY is on track to complete another year without recordable/reportable incidents, and this will be a tremendous milestone to achieve. Two site safety officers have joined our team, at the H5 site and at the upcoming RLF-HUB1 site. Please keep up the GREAT work and let’s make sure everyone on every site goes home safely to spend the holidays with their families. As 2023 comes to a close, we are happy to see the investments we made in 2021 and 2022 begin to bear fruit. Our revenue has increased, and we are on track to approach $80 million in total billings for 2023. November was a record month for TRINITY, with over $18 million in billings in one month. 2024 is projected to be an even bigger year for the company based on contracts in hand. This is a great accomplishment, and we thank everyone for the hard work to achieve this objective. Rest assured our teams will continue pursuing the best opportunities with the best clients! Looking ahead to 2024 we are excited at what’s in store. The TRINITY machine is clicking on all cylinders; our Marketing, Estimating, Operations, Field Operations, and Support Services are all hard at work to continue process improvement and excellent project execution. The passion and professionalism we are seeing on our sites and in our office continues to grow and for this we are thankful. The road ahead is promising; we wish EVERYONE a Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and a very Safe and Happy New Year 2024! Sincerely, Reg Arnold

What is your favorite hobby? “As you can probably guess, my favorite hobby is golf when the weather is warm out. I do enjoy outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, and target shooting.”

Tell us about your pets “I have 3 cats. We adopted a mother, and 2 from her litter a few years ago, Gretchen, Alley, and Amber. I have a 3-year-old German shepherd named Pepper. We got her during lockdown in 2020 and taught her how to do all sorts of fun agility tricks. My favorite is that I can hold my arms in a ring and get her to jump through them.”

What do you like to do on your days off? “My wife and I just bought our first house. So, we’ve been busy with home projects. Last weekend, I bought a paint sprayer and did matte black on the basement ceiling. I like to mess with small woodworking projects here and there, too l. I also love to hike, see live music, and watch football on Sundays.”

What is your favorite place you have traveled (& why)? “I haven’t traveled to a lot of places, so, I would say St. Thomas and Hawaii. Hawaii is where I proposed to my now-wife, the place I learned to surf, and the only vacation I’ve ever been on where I could genuinely imagine a happy life living there.”

What is your favorite place you have traveled (& why)? “I don’t know if it’s my favorite. But we were just down in Oaxaca, Mexico for a delayed honeymoon. Great food, beautiful coastline, and delicious mezcal cocktails.”

Project Manager

What is your favorite place you have traveled (& why)? “My favorite placed traveled to date is Africa. I had the opportunity to visit Africa in Spring 2023 and it was the most beautiful, exciting, freighting trip I could have ever imagined. From the mountain landscape in the South Africa wine country to the flat lands in the Safari it is like no other.“ Why did you choose a career in construction? “My dad owned a residential company throughout my childhood, so I was exposed to the industry at a very young age. I always thought the aspect of putting in hard work and being able to physically see the outcome was the coolest reward anyone could ask for in a career.” What is the best career lesson you have learned so far? “Do not make the same mistake twice. Learn from your mistakes and grow from them to become better every day.”

Why did you choose a career in construction? “I enjoy seeing the results of a completed project, and I couldn’t hit a curveball….lol. I love seeing and learning how the sausage is made. I enjoy meeting and picking the brains of experts and collaborating to make a complex project come together.”

What is the most rewarding part of your job here at TRINITY? “When I got out of education, it felt like a major shift. But a lot of what enjoyed about teaching is still part of my dayto-day in the field – ie. constant learning, problem solving, and trying to see around corners to keep things moving forward.”
